My hand shakily removed the phone from my ear as I turned around to four concerned faces. 'Jordyn, who was that?' Alice asked me. 'Your hand is shaking.' JB pointed out. I shook out of the trance. 'Betty... call Archie... we have to go to Sweetwater... NOW! I answered slowly as Betty picked up her phone...

Present Time: Jordyn's POV:

After Betty called Archie and he came to us, we quickly ran to Sweetwater River, everyone was silent the whole time, probably because most of their voices turned into their own personal thoughts. A few minutes later someone finally spoke. 'Do you think he's gone already?' It was my dad. 'Who knows, that's why we need to hurry and stop him before it's too late!' I wiped my eyes before any tears fell down.

10 minutes later

Betty's POV:

We were in the depts of the forest, treading on twigs and branches that had broken off, snapping as we bolted to Sweetwater River. 'Jughead!' My mom and I yelled which echoed throughout the forest. 'Jug, where are you?' Jellybean yelled, almost tripping on a log. Everyone stopped swiftly whilst looking around while still calling Jug's name. I didnt even bother trying to call because I just knew he had already gone. Until I heard a call from Jordyn.
'Guys, he's over there, standing on the ledge of the bridge.' She almost screamed, her gaze shifted away from us and our gazes shifted, seeing Jughead near the edge of the ledge.

'JUG, STOP, WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!' FP yelled as we raced towards the bridge where he was standing. We stood behind the teary eyed teen as each of us kept shouting at him to stop what he was doing. 'Jughead, stop... please!' I almost yelled. He suddenly stopped and turned around. 'Jug, we can talk about this.' Jordyn began. 'We can figure this out together...as friends' Archie adds while he put his hand on my shoulder.' 'and as a family.' FP added again pulling Jordyn and Jellybean in. But Jughead's expression hadn't changed. Each of us waited with baited breath until Jughead fell backwards,into Sweetwater River. The entire group screamed.

Jordyn's POV:

'JUGHEAD!' I shrieked and everyone went to the end of the ledge, peering down for a second. 'There is no current, so he's just sinking to the bottom.' I looked at my dad who was embraced in a hug by Alice. 'Someone has to go down there and bring him back up.' Betty told us. I immediately volunteered 'I'll do it, he's my brother so I'm willing to risk my own self for him.' 'JD if your gonna do it, you can't go down there alone.' Alice suggested as I stood upon the ledge, suddenly a strong hand held on to my left arm. 'I'll go with you.' I turned to see Archie standing next to me with an anxious feeling in his eyes but definitely was mentally prepared. We faced away from the group and jumped off the ledge, taking the plunge into the water, our bodies then engulfed in the cold water.

After our bodies were fully settled in the cold temperatures of the river, I began to look around for Archie who was still next to me. Suddenly I witnessed a slowly sinking individual decreasing to the rock bottom of Sweetwater. My vision was slightly blurry but I could still see Archie. I pointed down towards the underlying of river, indicating seeing Jughead sink down. Archie looked downward then grabbed my hand and pulled me towards the bottom.

Archie's POV:

I grabbed Jordyn's hand and swam down towards the sinking individual. As we approached, I looked at JD, her expression filled with terror. We decided to dive a little further to reach him, once we did, Jordyn grabbed his waist with one hand, holding my hand with the other as we started to rise back up to the surface.
