A few days after the births

Dar nodded and caught his breath as his son grinned at him, "Dad, do you need me to fetch Luna?" Dar growled and dusted himself off. The two were sparring and his son was getting better as puberty hit the boy like a hammer. "I wasn't going to hurt you THAT much," Dar chuckled and moved back on attack. The daddy in the fight had extensive judo training from his Army days but demon strength and speed kind of changed things as his son blocked him.

Kynna was sitting out on the porch with the babies in their playpen and Miranda wondering around her. She was keeping her safe from harm around the boys.

Dar heard Liandra joining his wife as Darsian took advantage of the one second distraction to punch him in the face mask. They were being smart enough to wear some protective gear...mask, helmet, pads on the knees. Dar took advantage of his son's over elation to land a kick on his side, "Don't overextend..." Darsian nodded as the two feinted at each other.

Kynna giggles watching them, "Liandra, what's up sweety?"

Dar focused on blocking his son's increasingly skillful attacks as he listened to his ward talk, "I had the dream again...the attack. Glinda screaming at me and gloating about how 'Like my kids' I was...how much she hated me for it," then she closed her eyes, "There has to be a way we can just get the book and destroy it!" Dar smirked as his son, frustrated at nigh-unto 2 dozen blows blocked, unwisely charged him and got thrown for his trouble, landing with a thud, "Darsian... you don't do naps anymore... remember?" His son glared and got up slowly. "Let's take a break," Dar suggested.

Kynna looks to the sky listening to Liandra, "It may be because of your fear and worry for your own mother you are having those dreams. Or is she using your connection with your mom to reach to you. Also, we know where that damn book is, but we cannot get it."

Dar drank deep from a jug of a very light wine from Anbesol's lands as his son drank from his flask and asked, "Isn't it a bit stupid to practice all this backwards stuff when we have magic and powers and really dangerous weapons?" Dar shook his head, "Nope. Sometimes magic doesn't work and weapons get lost. Remember the stories about Cassandra?" His son nodded, "Some of it." "I kicked her scrawny ass with a rock and a high fastball," Dar grinned. "So you hot lucky?," his son smiled. "Nope. Used something an old Sergeant taught me long time ago," Dar chuckled some.

Kynna smirks just thinking about something, "Dar I have an idea and need your opinion. we need more information that that witch's sons are giving us, right? What about her? and let them meet that slut." Dar grinned and repeated Seargeant Caleb's words from so far back, "There are no dangerous weapons, there are only dangerous people." To Darsian's puzzled look ass Dar explained, "He had just got done teaching us ways to kill people with a hunk of wire. He said he wanted us to be dangerous no matter what we had handy, even if it was just ourselves." His son nodded slowly. "He even told us a story about a Roman Gladiator who killed three Praetorians...with a soup ladle," Dar said as he thumped his son's nose, "Only dangerous people." Then to Kynna he nodded, "Visit time?" Kynna nods some and sighs, "You want to call that wench? Or should I? Plus I think Arthur needs to update us on what he promised to do." Dar thinks a moment, "Go see Arthur, I want to make sure she hasn't gotten ANY bit of power back. Then talk to her. What do you think?"

Kynna smirks, "Well let's bring them here since I am still recovering from birth love. And perhaps we should have 1 of our stronger friends here in case of anything. What do you think?" Dar thought about that, "Ask Fakesh? He wanted more time with Miranda and Liandra." He wondered who they could use for the summons...Heraditeez? They knew each other at least. Kynna giggles and bits her thumb using her powers to send a summon to Fakesh, "Love I am the Queen, and you are the Commander remember?" Dar laughed, "And if it isn't a battle I ask. Most of these Lords are a lot older than I am." She was always more comfortable wielding the power of her office than he was. He was okay with that. Liandra shook her head and giggled, "Still human?" "Always," He grinned. Kynna smiles and drew Fakesh's seal in the air so he could float in, "Dar refuses to let that part of him go and after what Lothar did to me, I don't blame him for that." Dar had another glass of light wine as a portal opened and Fakesh, in his normal form, emerged. Dar clasped his arm and grinned, "Greetings brother." Fakesh's short arm clasped his as he floated, "Odd to be called here, something wrong my Queen?" He seemed more curious than apprehensive.
