“What up buttercup?" He choked on his cup of coffee, hot liquid spilling on his bare chest as he wretched over and coughed as he set the cup down on the table. "Sorry?”

He wiped his lips and looked back behind him harshly, "what the fu–fuck?" He coughed and glared at the lady sitting at his dining room table. “Who let you in?" And then Starfire floated into the living room in some slippers and her underwear.

“Hey Richard," Koriand'r mumbled and opened the fridge.

“Did you let Terra in?" She looked over at him confused until he pointed at the lady sitting at the table. Star blinked…and then blinked again…and then she yawned.

"Aaaagh,” she wiped her eyes, "no,” she turned back and got a jug of juice from the fridge. "Give me kisses,” Richard frowned as she kissed him quickly and walked to get a glass from the dishwasher.

"Okay…right," he looked at Terra briefly and then picked his glass up and headed out the kitchen. “I'll go get Rav—"

“Me and Beast Boy broke up," he paused at the door and looked at her only now noticing her distressed face. “I called Raven…and she said you wouldn't mind if I stayed for a while." They do live in a pretty large apartment.

Star looked at both of them as she drank her glass. Her eyes looked at his back, remnants of scar marks slid along his skin…he looked better with her lipstick on his neck. "I can leave if—”

"It's fine," he interrupted her and walked out. Star looked at the messy lady sitting at their table with a small smile.

“I'll talk to you after I get dressed," the Tamaran said, hurrying to follow after her boyfriend.

….and Tara tried to ignore last night’s memories of the three of them doing each other in the room.

….."wait,” he looked at them like they were crazy, "this is a terrible idea—no offense Terra, but you just broke up with Beas—”

"I lied,” the girl squeezed him, refusing to let go, "we broke up before the Titans even split up.” She looked up at him, “come on best friends, be my boyfriend too." She smiled, Richard looked to the l–tried to look to the left. “Don't look at her."

Tara held his head in place, “we already said yes Richard," Koriand'r kissed his ear. “She likes you a lot, you like her a lot." Raven scoffed from her spot a few feet away on the couch. “Ignore Raven."

“First of all, he was my boyfriend first," the demon hovered front the couch and across the room. “Second of all," she flew over Terra and kissed his forehead, “she really likes you and you like her…then that's it. Only us three."

“But," but Tara took a hold of his lack of a guard and softly kissed him while Star laughed and Raven smiled lightly.

“It's too late," blond haird and blue eyes…a great combo. “You already kissed me, no take backs.” She closed her eyes and stood on her toes to hug his neck, "when we get married, you're having my last name.”

Raven pushed her head to the side and stopped to take a kiss of her own, "don’t push it pebbles, I was first.” Starfire went next.

"I was second.”

Tara rolled her eyes, "I'm pretty happy with being the last.” Richard stared for a second longer until he kissed her back, "knew you'd like me.”

It might've been a week of awkwardness before one interaction changed everything. “Can’t sleep?" She said softly and sat down beside him, “me neither." He could see why Beast Boy didn't like her…she’s really clingy and suffocating at times.
