"This is unacceptable!" Taehyung said with a frown on his face.

His friend's eyes shifted, looking away from the look on Taehyung's face.

"Taehyung, it's not -" Before she could finish her words, taehyung lifted a finger, shushing her in the process.

"Don't you dare tell me it's not bad, it is! Extremely bad," he said, slamming a hand on the table; a few strangers turned their heads toward them.

His friend sighed. "I've reported it," she whispered, feeling awkward from the stares.

"How many times? And has anyone done anything?" She shook her head at his questions, and Taehyung let out an exasperated sigh.

"Let me call my Eun; he for sure has someone who can do his freaking job." he took out his phone and ignored his friend's protests.

"Eun, I need your help," he said as soon as the man picked up the other side of the line.

"One of my friends has been getting treats and maybe a case of a stalker in there somewhere, and let me add someone broke into her house; now tell me she reported this to the police, and nothing has been done. Do you know someone who'd do his job?"

Eun listened to Taehyung rant about the issue, and once he got the chance to speak, the man took a second to collect his thoughts.

"I may know someone, I'll ask if the person I want to recommend could meet you personally, but it's not guaranteed he is mostly occupied with big cases."

Taehyung nodded his head, realizing Eun couldn't see him, and he gave verbal approval.

"Text me when you get the okay,"

Hanging up the phone, taehyung glared at his friend. "It's not that bad," he mumbled again, rolling his eyes.

His friend sighed. She appreciated how he was with her, all protective, but she was worried about involving him in her mess.

...

"Eun!" Taehyung raised a hand when he spotted his assistant; the man walked towards him and handed him a warm cup of coffee.

Taehyung smiled and took it from him.

"As I texted you, the person is available only to meet today," he said, looking from Taehyung to his friend.

The poor girl looked like she hadn't slept in days, her eyes shifty as if someone would just pop out of thin air.

Eun felt bad for the woman. No one deserved such things.

He led the two to his car and started driving to the police station.

Taehyung got out of the car and put on his glasses he looked at the police station and sighed. "I never thought I'd step inside one ever," he mumbled to himself

He walked with his friend and followed Eun in.

"Good morning, officer. I have a meeting with -"

Taehyung tuned Eun's conversation as he looked at his friend, who looked like she was going to have a panic attack; he helped her sit down on one of the chairs and rubbed her arm to soothe her.

"We can go," Eun said as he approached the two.

Helping his friend up, they all made their way to the office.

Taehyungs eyes darted to the name outside. "The COP?!" Taehyung was surprised Eun could get them to talk to the person in charge of it all.

They walked in, and there was no one in the office; Taehyung gestured for his friend to sit on the couch that was placed against the wall, and he stood against the wall.
