Chapter 8. Dating?

Kayla's POV :

"Leave me alone Brandon!" I yelled at my brother

"Kayla and Michael sitting in a tree K-I-S-S-I-N-G!" He sang

"For goodness sake Brandon leave now!"

"Yeah whatever you say little sister"

Once Brandon left I decided to go shopping. Because school had already started and I clearly didn't want to wear my shitty clothes.

When my dad got home I asked him for some money and he gave me $200. He's a business man. I drove myself to the mall and started checking out every store there was. At first I found some crop tops that where really cute so I bought them. Ten each. Then I found this really pretty blouse. It was blue and it was the cutest thing ever so I placed it in my shopping bag. I saw some white short shorts that would match perfectly with this shirt too.

I found a lot of tank tops and I couldn't decided which one to take so I took them all. I took some shoes too. I was at the cash register and the lady was scanning my items.

"That will be $180 in total ma'am"

Oh my gosh this couldn't be happening oh my gosh. I didn't have enough I was off by $20 dollars.

"Uh uh I would like to-"

I felt some strong arms around my waist and then they laid their head on the crook of my neck. Kissing my neck.

"I'll pay for it don't worry cupcake"

He took out $200 out of his wallet and handed it to the lady. He grabbed the bags and we headed out

"Thanks Michael but you really didn't have too"

"Anything for you cupcake" we walked to a bench. And sat down.

"What are you doing here? You're supposed to be resting?"

"Well nobody is home remember so I decided I needed some vitamin D" he smirked

"Oh Michael you know there's school tomorrow right?"

"Yeah I know"

"Then you should be at home resting"

"I'm glad your worried about me cupcake but I'm fine I'm alive"

"What ever you say" I was tired so I laid my head on his shoulder. He wrapped his arms around me and kissed my forehead.

Some girls from school I recognized walk by us.

"Oh my gosh!? Are you guys dating!? You guys are too cute!? Like goals"

I blushed furiously.

"Yeah we are" Michael smirked and hugged me tighter.

They soon left. And I swatted Michaels arm.

"Hey! What was that for?" he said so innocently

"We're dating Michael? Really?"

"We're not?" He asked playing dumb

"No we aren't" I laughed

"Hey I'm hungry cupcake lets go get some food"

"Okay but I'm paying that's the least I can do"

"The least you could do? You could do so much more than just pay" he smirked

"No shut up Michael"

We walked around a bit more, Michael carrying my bags and me holding onto his arm.

"Hey cupcake?"

"Uh-huh"

"What do you say we eat pizza?"

"Sounds good for me I'll go order. Pepperoni?"

"Yeah that's fine just hurry"

I went over to the pizza place and ordered pizza. Soon enough our pizza was ready I took it to the table where Michael was sitting at. We took our time and eat.

"I'm full you can have the last piece"

"Okay whatever you say cupcake"

Michael is an eating beast. I ate 3 and he ate 5 pieces.

I watched him as he ate. His brown hair and hazel eyes. His perfect jaw line.

"Like what you see?" he smirked

I looked away feeling my face heat up.

"I like it when you blush" he said

"Please stop your embarrassing me"

"Awh that's cute too" he smirked

I rolled my eyes. Thankfully we where done eating. I threw away the pizza box and Michael got all the bags.

"Michael it's getting late and I want to go home and shower before I go to bed I'm gonna have to go"

"Cupcake I'm sorry to ask but can I get a lift?" he asked blushing a bit

"Sure but how'd you get here in the first place?"

"Well me and the guys decided to hangout so they picked me up and so then I saw you at store and I parted away from them and now I'm stuck with you" he teased

"It's not like your not enjoying your day but fine"

"No I'm not" he chuckled

We where in front of my house and we entered. It was only 7:45pm but I was feeling tired. Michael stayed in my room scrolling down his Instagram. While I took a shower. I wore short shorts and a cropped top that I never really liked so I used it as my pajamas.

I was done taking a shower so I headed back to my room. Where I found a shirtless Michael. Wow his six pack was beautiful. He looked up and asked "Like what you see don't you"

I rolled my eyes and tossed my dirty clothes into my dirty basket I dried my hair as best as I could.

"Cupcake?"

"Yeah?"

"How about a movie marathon?"

"Michael I want to sleep"

"Please?"

"Fine but I get to choose the movie"

I grabbed my laptop and grabbed my favorite movie Finding Nemo. A classic.

I turned on the laptop and soon my wallpaper appeared. Me kissing a boy. I smiled at the thought of him.

Tbh I'm pretty sure that this chapter is short but I wanted to leave y'all on a cliffhanger 😈😂😂 don't hate me ., but I'm working on the other part I'm still working on editing . sorry if one of the chapters doesn't make sense I'm working on it. I'm sorta on a writers block too so I'm sorry. Guys this story almost hits 100! Reads that incredible!!! This story hit 100!¡
