Aaron's POV :
The afternoon at Kayla's house went by so fast. I wish I could spend my whole time right there next to her.
"OH SHIT!" I yelled
My parents came running into the room "What!?"
"Uh sorry haha well I asked Kayla to the winter ball dance and well I don't have anything to wear." I told my parents
"Aaron! You scared us, but have a good night with the girl" my dad winked at me and left me and my mom alone
"Aaron tomorrow where going shopping for a cute vest or something okay sweetie?" my mom said
"I'm not a girl mum, but I guess I could use your help"
"Great goodnight sweetie"

Aaron's POV :
*Next morning*
"I need to get ready" I mumbled getting out of bed
I threw on some black skinny jeans with a gray tank top, gray beanie and vans. I wasn't all stylish in the morning oh well.
I went down to the kitchen, looking for something to make. I woke up earlier than usual today so mum wasn't making us breakfast yet. I decided to make us breakfast.
I grabbed the pancake batter, and turned up the stove. I poured the substance on the pan and waited a couple of seconds before turning it over, I repeated the process a couple more times.
I place the pancakes, in two separate plates. I cut two strawberries up and places some and mums plate and some on mine. I also made coffee so I poured some of that into a mug.
"Dear is that you?" mum mumbled from the stairs
"Yes mother, breakfast is ready" I called out
She soon came into view. She looked surprised.
"Sit" I sat pulling out a chair for her
"Thank you darling, thank you for the breakfast too. What's the occasion?" she chuckled
"I thought since you where helping me buy my outfit for the ball I might make you breakfast in return"
"You know you didn't have to Aaron"
"I know but I wanted to" I said
She finished up eating her pancakes and so did I.
"Aaron I'm gonna get ready son, I'll be down in 10 okay?" She said
"Yeah sure no problem" I said
Once mum left I decided to take Angel a good morning.

I didn't get a reply so I'm guessing she was asleep. I mean she hasn't waken up yet. My mom came into view again,
"I'm done sweetie lets go?"
"Yeah sure mum"
We walked to the front of the house, then I locked the front door. I offered to drive so I did. I ended up driving us to some dress & tux place.
When we entered the store their was a a lady, in her mid 40's, at the front counter. She seemed nice.
"Hi welcome come to our Dress & Tux store! Do you need something in specific?"
"Uh .. Well" I started not knowing what to say. I'm not a very sociable person
"Actually my son here needs a Tuxedo for the Davis Annual Ball any suggestions?" my mum interrupted
"Ah the Davis Ball! You're not the first to come here for the Ball, but sure hmm let's go over to the tuxedo first to measure and stuff, MIA! TAKE THE COUNTER!" She yelled
A young pretty girl, maybe my age came shyly and stood in front of what seemed to be her mother. She looked at me up and down. Ha ha..
"We can go now" the counter lady said
My mum and I walked to the back with the counter woman leading the way
She measured me, then came back with a few Tux. But their was one that caught my attention it was like matte black. And the shirt was normal black, but the tie was a shiny black. I liked every bit of the Tuxedo and my mum approved it which was a bonus. It was a total $680, which I payed for.
I took it home that very day making sure it was perfect for the Ball. And it was.

vv short chapter sorry I'm having writers block all over again , ugh I got my school schedule today and I absolutely hate I don't know anybody in like half my classes . oh well making friends sounds interesting . 🐭 Btw you guys can call me Lu or Mouse both are my nick names so it doesn't matter, so it's currently 1am and I have to wake up at 8 so I should get going to bed , but I'm not sleepy ugh. and school is starting in what 5 days ?.
Actually school started so that mess less updated sorry guys I take high school credit classes so it's really important that I mainly focus on school ill try to update on the weekends when I have the time
