Sisu is free

Poppy: Branch... I'm sorry I lied to you about being a princess.

Branch: I know why you did.

Poppy: Well, I guess...this... is goodbye? (Sisu pokes her head around the corner shocked at what she is hearing)

Branch: Oh, that stupid law. This isn't fair! I love you.

Sisu: (Wipes away a tear) Poppy, no problem. You've still got one wish left. Just say the word and you're a princess again.

Poppy: But Sisu, what about your freedom?

Sisu: Hey, it's only an eternity of servitude. This is love. (Leans down next to him) Popster, you're not gonna find another guy like him in a million years. Believe me, I know. I've looked.

Poppy: Branch, I do love you, but... I gotta stop pretending to be something I'm not.

Branch: I understand.

(They take one final look into each other's eyes, then Poppy turns to Sisu)

Poppy: Sisu, I wish for your freedom.

Sisu: One bona fide princess pedigree coming up. I--what?

Poppy: (Holds the lamp up to Sisu) Sisu, you're free!

(A transformation scene ensues, in which the shackles fall off Sisu's wrist and the lamp falls uselessly to the ground. Sisu picks it up and looks at it)

Sisu: (Feeling speechless) Heh, heh! I'm free. I'm free. (Hands the lamp to Poppy) Quick, quick, wish for something outrageous. Say "I want the Nile." Wish for the Nile. Try that!

Poppy: I wish for the Nile?

Sisu: No way!! (Laughs hysterically and bounces around the balcony like a pinball) Oh, does that feel good! I'm free! I'm free at last! I'm hittin' the road. I'm off to see the world! I--

(She is packing a suitcase but looks down and sees Poppy looking very sad)

Poppy: Sisu, I'm--I'm gonna miss you.

Sisu: Me too, Poppy. (sniffles) No matter what anybody says... you'll always be a princess to me.

(They hug. Rosiepuff steps forward)

Rosiepuff: That's right. You've certainly proven your worth as far as I'm concerned. It's that law that's the problem.

Branch: Grandma?

Rosiepuff: Well, am I queen or am I queen? From this day forth, the prince shall marry whomever he deems worthy.

Branch: (Smiles widely and runs into Poppy's arms) Her! I choose... I choose you, Poppy.

Poppy: Heh. Call me Popster.

(They are about to kiss when blue hands pull everybody together. Sisu is decked out in a Hawaiian shirt with golf clubs and a Goofy hat)

Sisu: Oh, all of ya. Come over here. Big group hug! Group hug, Ooh! You mind if I kiss the grinchilla? (He kisses Perky) Ooh, hairball! Well, I can't do any more damage around this popsicle stand. I'm... outta here! Bye-bye, you two crazy lovebirds. Hey, Dumbo: ciao! I'm history! No, I'm mythology! Nah, I don't care what I am--I'm freeee! (Flies in the blue sky)

(Evening)

(Fireworks lit the sky)

(Poppy and Branch were flying on Dumbo)

Poppy: A whole new worldBranch: A whole new lifeBoth: (with off-camera chorus) For you and me!

Men's Chorus: A whole new world!

(They kiss and fly off into the moonlight, and after they have disappeared, the moon turns and reveals Sisu's laughing face. Suddenly the film is grabbed "off the projector", Sisu lifts it up and looks at the audience)

Sisu: Made ya look.

(Drops the film back to normal, with the normal moon)
