Felix POV-

Felix adjusted the black hoodie pulled snugly around his face, concealing his features and lending him an air of mystery. The fabric felt heavy and comforting against his skin, a reminder of the dark intentions behind his carefully orchestrated plan. He slipped through the throng of bustling students, his heart racing with a mix of anticipation and adrenaline as he approached the underground railway station.

The world around him faded into a blur as he stepped onto the deserted platform. The flickering fluorescent lights above cast an unsettling glow, casting long shadows that danced along the cold, cracked tiles beneath his feet. The scent of damp concrete and stale air filled his nostrils, an ominous reminder of the underground's isolation. This was the perfect setting for his confrontation, a place where secrets were buried and fears could fester in the dark.

Felix leaned against a pillar, his breath steadying as he peered into the dimly lit corners of the platform. Tonight, he would make Raye understand the depths of his power.

Time seemed to stretch as he waited, the rhythmic sound of distant trains echoing in the background, a haunting reminder of the world that continued on without him. He imagined Raye, oblivious to the storm brewing just outside his reach, blissfully unaware of the danger stalking him. Felix reveled in the thought of the chaos he was about to unleash.

As the clock on the platform ticked closer to the hour, Felix caught sight of a figure emerging from the shadows. Raye Penbar stepped onto the platform, his expression tense, scanning the area with a practiced vigilance. Felix suppressed a smile, knowing that Raye's instincts would be no match for the game he had set in motion.

Raye's eyes narrowed as he took in the empty space around him, his body language tense and alert. Felix felt a thrill of excitement ripple through him; the man was good at his job, but Felix was better at playing the game. He stepped forward, shrouded in darkness, allowing the shadows to cloak his presence. He watched as Raye moved closer, his senses heightened, as if he could feel Felix lurking in the depths of the darkness.

Felix's heart raced in anticipation as he stepped into the light, the hood falling slightly back to reveal his youthful features. Raye froze, surprise flashing across his face, but Felix's expression remained calm, betraying none of the exhilaration coursing through him.

"Raye Penbar," Felix called out, his voice low and steady, reverberating off the walls like a whisper from the abyss. "I've been waiting for you."

Raye's posture shifted, confusion morphing into caution. "Who are you?" he demanded, his voice tinged with authority, yet laced with uncertainty. "What do you want?"

Felix allowed a smirk to creep onto his lips, a flicker of darkness dancing in his eyes. "You already know me, Raye. I'm Kira."

Raye took a step back, disbelief etched across his face. "You're just a kid," he shot back, but Felix could see the gears turning in his mind, the realization that this encounter was far from ordinary.

"Do you think that matters?" Felix's voice dropped lower, a predator's growl threading through his words. "The power I hold is not bound by age. I can decide who lives and dies with a mere name. Right now, you're standing at the precipice of your fate."

Raye's eyes narrowed, but Felix saw the flicker of fear in them. "What do you want from me?" he asked, his bravado faltering.

"Let's play a game," Felix said, stepping closer, the shadows swallowing him whole. "I want you to understand the weight of the power I wield. If you move, someone will die."

Raye hesitated, the tension thickening in the air. Felix could see the wheels turning in Raye's mind, piecing together the situation. "What do you mean?" Raye asked cautiously, his voice barely above a whisper.
