"Alright, breathe. I am on my way with the other banditos. Just...Just stay near him, okay Y/N?" Torchbearer says on the other end of the phone. "G-got it. Oh God, what has he done?" My voice is very shaky. "I guess he hasn't told you. He is very suicidal and depressed. I think he's gone too into his head today." Torch responds. I carefully pull Clancy into my lap without worrying about the blood. I rub his back, still sobbing that he's doing this to himself. 10 minutes pass and The Torchbearer with the banditos arrive at my house.
"In here!!" I cry out to them from the bedroom. Torchbearer freezes in the doorway and his breath hitches. He hasn't seen something like this with Clancy before. "Oh my..." He says, slowly but swiftly walking into the room. He waves at the other banditos to come and help him take Clancy. "Where are you going to take him?" I ask. "The nearest hospital but far from where Nico and the other Bishops can't find us" Torch replies. Torch and the banditos grab Clancy and slowly pull up his limp body. The banditos gradually and carefully carry Clancy out the door. Torch pulls me up, off of the floor and pulls me into a hug. "It's going to be okay. I know you care a lot about him Y/N, but I reassure you he will be okay." He says, his voice is very soft and comforting. He also takes his thumb and rubs the tears away from my eyes.
"Y-you think so? There were a lot of cuts on his body and he stabbed the knife into the side where the ribcage is.." I respond, still very worried about him. Torch and I walk out my house and head out with the banditos to go to the hospital. I'm still pretty shaky after what Clancy did to himself. All the blood that was on the ground. All from his body. Why would he do this? The sky grows grey today. Rain...the anchorwoman said that it's going to rain today. As we walk along the mulch on the ground, the banditos hum a tune. My Blood to be exact. "When everyone, you thought you knew, deserts your fight. I'll go with you," one of the banditos start. "You're facing down a dark hall, I'll grab my light, and go with you," the girl bandito continues. I'm amazed by how lovely the banditos voices are and they are singing one of Clancy's songs. "Stay with me, no, you don't need to run. Stay with me, my blood," I chime in after the other guy bandito. Torch turns his head towards me and has a surprised expression on his face. His face then softens and he gives me a warm smile. "I don't know the lyrics that well, so I just hum along." Torch whispers to me as the banditos continue singing the song. "Really? You don't?" I ask in disbelief. "Yeah, I just play the drums when he needs me to. But I mainly help with the banditos with staying incognito and away from the Bishops." He pulls his bandana over his mouth as we get closer to the city.
After 30 minutes of walking, we finally reach the hospital. Torchbearer tries to walk up to the desk but I rush in front of him. "Excuse me, we need some help! Our friend has cut himself really bad and stabbed himself in his side!" I blurt out, yet my words are still understandable. The receptionist quickly stands up and quickly picks up the phone that is on her desk. "Hello, yes, we have a code red. Yes, thank you." Those words are the only ones we hear coming from her end. Doctors and nurses rush over towards us and put Clancy on a stretcher. His body begins to twitch. He's waking up... His hand begins to reach out next to me. His hand lightly grips onto mine. I look up at Torch and he nods. "He may not be fully awake but his soul knows he needs you here with him right now," He says. I take a deep breath and nod. I walk with the nurses and doctors. I stay right by Clancy's side. I never leave him nor will I ever. The rush Clancy into the room and shut the door behind. "Just stay out here miss till we are ready for you to come in. We just need to get everything important done immediately." The doctor tells me before he goes into the room. I sit on the bench that's in front of the room's window. From the outside of the room, I hear a bunch of commotion between the doctor and the nurses. Some of them are hushed sobs. They most likey see the severe cuts in his skin. My leg starts to shake from worry and anxiety. I rest my head in my hands. I really hope he's okay.
After nearly falling asleep from the noises from other hospital rooms and waiting on Clancy, all the nurses walk out of the room. I notice them doing this and turn to look at the door. I get up on my feet and step over to the door. The doctor walks out. "You can come in," he says, voice stern but quiet. I turn and walk into the room. I notice Clancy is now awake. The doctor closes the door behind me. "Y-Y/N?" Clancy calls out. His voice is very raspy now. I walk over and sit in the seat next to his bed. He turns his head towards me while grunting in pain. "I'm very sorry Y/N, I don't know why I listened to them." I raise an eyebrow. "To who?" I reach out my hand to put his in mine. He blushes and his breath slightly hitches. "T-the voices. The ones in my head that were telling me to end it all," His voice trailing. My eyes widen and then they soften. I rub his hand with my thumb. "I get it. I have them in my head too. I don't do what they tell me to do though," His eyes tear up. "I almost lost you. I'm really sorry,"
