Tf u mean it's been over 2 months since the last update? It totally hasn't.

No but really, I'm sorry about this massive time gap between updates. I started college and it's been something , to say the least. But I finally got motivation and churned this chapter out for you all and I think it's pretty cute. LOTS of pack scenes. And I've finally figure out how I'm gonna redo 3b so I'm so freaking ready. Anywho, enjoy the chapter!

(3rd P.O.V.)

"That was so cool back there." Boyd gushes once everyone is back at the Hale house. "I mean, you put him in his place so fast."

Lyrica had taken Erica in her car and Derek took the boys, so the teen didn't get a chance to fangirl over his new alpha's words. He had managed to keep quiet the whole ride and the entire time it took everyone to get into the house and settled in the dining room for Lyrica to check their injuries.

"Scott is in over his head." Lyrica chuckles, wiping the blood off Erica's face and checking that all her gashes had at the very least begun to heal. They were all healed aside from one in her eyebrow. "At times he thinks he knows everything about the supernatural world when he barely knows anything. So he needs a reality check. It can happen to any of us."

"It was still badass." Erica chuckles, eagerly taking a sandwich from the stack Derek brings in before he can even set the plate down.

"Oh yeah, where did you learn to fight like that?" Derek asks, coming in once more with several cold cans of coke. "You put up a pretty good fight and we haven't even had time to train you in it yet."

"My dad's a lawyer." Erica shrugs, all but inhaling another sandwich. "Made me and my mom take self defense classes a few times a year for most of my life."

"I bet I could still beat your ass." Isaac snickers, only to yelp in pain as Lyrica quickly resets a broken finger that had healed crooked. He happily takes the coke Boyd offers him, pressing it to the sore spot.

"We do not beat our packmates' asses." Lyrica chuckles, quickly disinfecting a deeper cut on his bicep that had yet to fully heal. She then pats his other shoulder and he dives for the sandwiches. "Not intentionally, at least."

"How do you unintentionally beat someone's ass?" Boyd frowns in confusion as Lyrica gestures for him to lift his shirt.

"Your bite isn't fully healed yet. Still susceptible to infection." The alpha briefly explains and he nods, lifting his shirt so she can clean and dress the slowly healing wound.

"I once unintentionally beat Lyrica's ass." Derek chuckles, thinking back to the instance.

"Oh my gosh I have to hear this story!" Erica exclaims, turning to face the man.

"That makes two of us." Isaac calls through a mouthful of food.

"Three!" Boyd grits out, trying to ignore the stinging of alcohol on his wound.

"Okay, Isaac, you've got to stop eating lunch with Coach." Derek scolds. "But fine. It was when we first met back in Ohio. We were training in the basement. My older sister and I had been teaching her to fight for a couple weeks and Lyrica discovered that she could throw us off by pretending to be really hurt."

"Is this going where I think it is?" Erica winces at the thought.

"Yup." Lyrica chuckles.

"I threw her into the walls 3 times before I realized she wasn't faking." Derek cringes. "Was not fun explaining to my sister."

"He was too scared to touch me for weeks after." Lyrica snickers. "Thought he'd hurt me just by looking at me."

"How'd you fix it?" Boyd eagerly asks, going for his second sandwich.
