Throwing the door open, Red tried to keep the figure on her side from tumbling to the ground; using most of her strength to keep the poor woman up. A few giggles, and she almost fell, almost. Instead, she slammed her waist onto the edge of the kitchen counter; sharp side digging into skin causing her to hit the plate full of pastries near - cookies splattering all over the tile.

"Oh my god, are you okay Eve?" Red pulled her girlfriend up, face full of concern.

"Aw man," Evermore pouted, eyes squinting at the mess she made, "I'm sorry."

"You're fine, you didn't mean it." Forcing her body around, Red guided the two of them to the living room; plopping the other on a cushioned foot rest. She goes back to the cookies, picking the big pieces up: she'll worry about the crumbs tomorrow.

"You made those earlier today," Evermore starts to whine, eyes still shut but a cry catches in her throat like the worst thing just happened, "and now they're all wasted."

"Babe, it's okay," her girlfriend throws the baked goods into the trash, running back to Evermore, "really."

"No, no it's not." She started to sob, leaning forward to crawl onto the carpet, "you worked so hard and now I ruined that." She sunk into the yarn, sniffling. "This is really soft..."

Red started to chuckle, noticing how suddenly the previous scenario had been forgotten. "You know," she bent down, "for the amount of champagne you drink you'd think you would be used to getting drunk." She grabbed Evermore's underarms, "alright, up you go." pulling her up she placed her on the couch, grabbing a pillow in the process; putting it right under her head.

"So comfortable..." Evermore snuggled into the fluff, inhaling as Red gleamed and went back to the other room.

"You know what you call drinking shots off someone's body?" The question was from afar, Red hearing it as she opened the cup cabinet; snickering and shaking her head.

"Bodyshots?" She replied a bit louder than intended, it was 1:23 am after all; she was sure the other girls wouldn't really appreciate the two being so loud but Red's first priority wasn't that by any means.

"How'd you know?" Evermore responded, seeming genuinely confused as she yelled.

Red pulled a glass from the wood, smiling to herself. "Lucky guess."

"I was talking to Lorie about our sex life..." the words seemed to drift off as Evermore's voice got quiet.

Rolling her eyes, her girlfriend huffed - hearing small incoherent mumbling from the living room's couch. Taking the cup she held it under the sink's faucet; turning the handle - water shooting. Once full she twisted it again, keeping cup in hand as she sped walked back, bending down.

"Eve," she grabs Evermore's shoulders - slowly and gently pulling up, "you know how much I love that you and Folklore are growing close," cupping her cheeks, Red forces the rim of said glass onto her girlfriend's lips, reluctant sipping as she tilted it slightly forward, "but maybe we can try to refrain from telling her about what we do in bed."

Evermore opened her eyes faintly, dead staring at Red as she pushed the cup away, "I didn't talk about what we did in bed."

Red raised an eyebrow, intrigued but half knew it would be some snarky comment - even if drunk Evermore wasn't as 'intelligent' or 'rational' per usual.

"I was talking about last night, in the bathtub."

It was.

Red frowned, unamused as she gave the glass back, "come on, drink."

Evermore huffed, turning her head away like a child refusing to eat whatever vegetable was on their plate.

"You're not going to bed until you do."

Groaning, she hesitantly sipped again; soon full on chugging the water down her throat as if it was the same shots she did not even an hour ago. Wiping her mouth, Evermore gave it back to Red who set it down on the coffee table behind. "Why should it matter if Folklore knows? I'm sure you tell 1989 everything we do."

Red narrowed her eyes, grunting. "Nine knows nothing, I assure." She sighed, grabbing Evermore again as a means to get her off the couch, "Why don't we go upstairs now my willow?" She cooed, smiling at the subtle nickname; leaning to give a small kiss on the forehead.

Chuckling, Evermore nodded - cheeks flustered as she faced Red, following to the stairs; careful to not stumble on her own feet again. Suddenly, she wrapped her arms and legs around her girlfriend, clinging to the waist and throat.

Caught off guard, Red flings to the ground; almost hitting it but ultimately stopping right before contact - struggling to get fully up again. "Eve!" She gasped, Evermore snuggling into the base of her neck. "Babe," exasperated - clinging to both sides of the railing, "you know I'm nowhere near as strong as you." Wrestling not to fall down, Red threw her feet with each step up. "You-" she breathed out through her mouth, "are making this so much more difficult than it should be."

"I like it when you call me that." Evermore mumbled, nuzzling further.

"Hmm?" Red tilted her head, looking down. "Willow?"

The response was a slow nod, "Makes me feel..." Evermore doesn't finish her sentence, leaning more forward as the other struggles not to bend backwards.

Finally arriving at their room, Red heaves and throws herself onto the queen sized bed, shuffling the blankets with her foot. "Alright," wriggling herself out of Evermore's grasp, she unhooks her girlfriend's fingers - tugging cloth upwards, "bed time." Before fully submerging Evermore she made sure to take off both her shoes and her own; flinging them somewhere across - loud thud against the wall ringing. Looking down, she began to tidy the blankets up.

"Maybe we could try the bathtub again tonight," Evermore began, eyes barely open as her body relaxed into the cushioned sheets, "I'll go under and-"

"We do that now you'll drown." Red rolled her eyes, slightly smirking. "Let's get some sleep."

"But I'm not tired!" Whining, Evermore began to incoherently mumble again, resting her arm over her face.

"Yeah, sure we'll deal with it tomorrow" Pretending she understood, Red made her way to the side of the bed - grasping the cloth to tug over herself. Flickering her gaze to the side she noticed Evermore instantly sound asleep, small snores through the room.

Humming, Red leaned forward; a soft smile to her lips as she pecked her girlfriend on the cheek - twisting around to rotate the switch of the lamp: light shrouding.
