Mai had walked with Amari back to the hotel, learning a lot of new things about his new transformation.
Amari: I think we have to go talk to my father, he'll know what to do about this sudden change. I wanna learn how i got this.
Mai: No need, I can figure it out myself.
Amari stopped stunted.
Mai: Hm?
Amari: I always knew you were that smart but that's whole new level.
Amari smiled at her, Mai quickly brushed it off.
Mai: Well when your as smart as me you don't have any trouble with properties.
Mai starts grinning.
Amari and Mai walked for a bit, looking at the crowded city, and the rushing knights going to the battleground. Amari saw something that caught his eye, a dessert it was very strange.
Amari: What's that?
Amari pointed to the sign, Mai looked at the sign and looked confused.
Mai: That's.. Ice Cream.. You seriously don't know what that is.?
Amari lit up.
Amari: Ice Cream... I've never had this before, could we try it.!
Mai sighed.
Mai: I don't know.
Amari: Oh cmon.
Mai had decided.
Mai: Fine, we can get some.
Amari grabbed Mai's hand and started running towards the store.
Mai: (As strong as he is, he's very childish.)
Amari jumped inside the store and looked around, Mai had to calm him down since he's being to loud.
They get their ice creams and sit down at the bench. Amari takes a bit out of the dessert his face shrivels a bit when it hits his bottom teeth. But it was tasty for him.
Mai: You don't take a bite out of it. Here look at me.
Mai eats the ice cream the right way, Amari takes notes of this. He starts eating the ice cream, enjoying it deeply. Mai stares at Amari as he eats it.
Amari: This is amazing, whoever made this deserves a raise.
Mai doesn't even realize she is staring at Amari. He on the other hand begins to panic a little.
Amari: (Why is she staring at me.. Do i have something on my face!?)
Amari started to wipe his face down, he found nothing. Mai still was zoned out at this point, she was thinking about Amari, it had seem like he was stuck in her head of some sorts. Amari a little embarrassed from this awkward moment so he began to talk.
Amari: So uh- the sun is very hot ya know.. heh...
Amari completely showed his embarrassment immediately making Mai notify that she was staring at Amari the whole time. She stepped back and looked flustered.
