IT'S JUST YOU AND ME

CHAPTER 15: I WONT STOP SOMEONE FROM LOVE...

                 We rode home using Ruan's Tesla. when we saw a girl extending her hand on the road. We went near her and noticed that it was Jessy.

" What is she doing here? " I mumbled. " I dunno...Ruan stop next to her " said Andrea. " Hey guys, I'm actually heading to Lex's House too, would you mind if I join you? " said Jessy. " YES WE WOULD GLADLY MIND " I told her. " Stop being rude lovee, it's okay " said Ruan.

Mark and Ruan were sitting in the front while the girls, me, Andrea and Jessy were sitting at the back. I sat at the corner of the seats and avoided eye contact with jessy all through the ride. I sensed jessy look at me now and then but I was firm with my decision.

We finally reached home when Jessy told everyone to get down except me. " What are you doing? let me get out or you get out " I said. " Nope, drive me to a beach. Since this is your boyfriend's tesla, I'm kinda scared to drive it... " she said. " NO! The last thing I wanna do, is spend time with you! Hey, that rhymed! " I said, sarcastically.

After few minutes of arguement, I finally gave in and we went to a beach. She drove by the way, I'm not that stupid to go to a beach when there's gonna be heavy rain the next day.

We finally got down and she walked, I rolled my eyes and followed her while saying, " Bro thinks I would follow her ". " wait...BRO THINKS I MIGHT FOLLOW HER " i ran back to my car, took the car keys and was about to start the car but Jessy dragged me out...bummer...

She started nervously,

"I know you're upset, Lex. I didn't want things to get this complicated. I wanted to talk to you about it, but... I was scared."

I said, looking away, frowning.

"Scared of what? Hurting me? Well, you did that."

"It wasn't intentional, I swear. We didn't plan this, Lex. I didn't expect to fall for him, but it happened, and I thought you'd understand eventually."

I crossed my arms and said,

"How could I understand that you kept it a secret from me? You're supposed to be my friend. Do you even know how awkward it is for me?"

she said, pausing and exhaling deeply,

"I never wanted to hurt you. But... I love him. And I can't just pretend those feelings don't exist because it makes things difficult."

I said, bitterly

" Now you're dating my brother? It's weird. What happens if things go wrong? If you break up? I don't want to be in the middle of it."

"I understand why you're upset. And you're right, it's complicated. But I promise I'll never put you in the middle. All I want is your support. Please..." she said, softly.

I sighed and said,

"I don't know if I can just support this... not yet. But I won't stop you."

She smiled and said, " that's all I wanted to hear "

We went back home and everyone were waiting for us...including Felix...

" So? what happened? " asked Felix. " She approved...it's okay for us to date " said Jessy. " I never said I approved- " but before I could finish, jessy slapped me on my mouth. Felix ran towards her and hugged her. I looked at them and smiled,

Seeing them so happy together makes me realize that this is how love should be. I'm glad they found each other. If Felix is happy, then I'm happy too.

Felix then looked at me and pulled me into a hug too, " Thank you lex " he mumbled. " You're welcome, felix, But I'm not calling you oppa ever again. I think it's too cringe and...I'm sorry I barged into your love life. You should be with the person you truely love " I said, smiling. Hearing that, made Felix tear up and he hugged me again.

" Now what? you've fallen for me too? " I asked him. He chuckled. " Ew, you got snot all over mee eughh " I said. We finally took a picture together,

We continued the sleepover and planned to watch a movie before we slept. 

After a few minutes, I felt Ruan sleep on my shoulder and I allowed him to " maybe he's sleepy! " I thought. so, I placed his head on my shoulder comfortably and let him sleep.

But to my surprise, everyone ended up sleeping and I was the only one watching the Korean fricking Drama! So, I turned off the tv, pressed the recliner button in my couch's remote. I felt another person sleep on my other shoulder.

" UGHH this mark " I thought. I noticed that Andrea was sitting beside him and sleeping so, I slowly pushed his head onto her shoulder. And she placed her head on mark's head too!

AHHHHHHHH! So cute!

I saw that Felix and jessy were already sleeping together so...It was my turn now! I slowly gave Ruan a peck on his cheek and placed my head on his head. We slowly dozed off to sleep...
