"They're gone. Thats final." Sicily had been fighting to keep the group on the farm. the dinner table was tense, everyone in their respective spots, Sicily, Maggie, and Beth all All sat beside each other, Otis beside Maggie, beside him was Patricia. Then sat Herschel then jimmy, then back over to Beth.

"And what the hell are we supposed to do until they find a cure. Daddy it could be years. they might never-"

"Don't finish that sentence in this house young lady."

"They deserve a chance, yes they have a bad apple or two, but they messed up once."

"Oh, it's been more than just once." Herschel was at his limit with this girl.

"This is my house; this is my land. They hurt my daughter! They hurt you!"

"I wouldn't have gotten hurt had it not been for you insisting on me learning to shoot!" Herschel sighed. Letting his head fall to his chest.

"Let them stay, I'll watch them please, I'll even stay out there and be supervisor."

"I don't want you out there with them." Her face went sour, a confused settled on her face. Her mouth dropped. Beth lets out a snort,

"I think she'd rather be out there than in-"

She earned a kick from her sister.

"If they stay... you keep a careful eye on them. You stay away from that archer." A scoff from Sicily.

"You may be grown but you're in my house now. He will not be good for you." She chewed her tongue. Making sure to bite as hard as she could before responding.

"Fine by me." She says through gritted teeth.

"What are you gonna do?" Beth asked, both her and Maggie sat on Sicily's bed. She sat at her vanity, putting her hair into two braids. She smiled, she wasn't new to keeping things from her dad. Both of her sisters learned their tricks from her. How to climb back into their rooms after a party, how to hide a hangover, how to get out of school. The list went on and on. Maggie swore that Sicily was a sister that girls dreamed of having.

"You both know me to know exactly what I'm gonna do."

"Isnt that risky though? I mean they're staying on daddy's land." Beth questioned. Sicily motioned for Maggie to sit on the bench after tying her last braid with a tie.

"Maybe, but I've gotten through a lot worse. I've convinced that man to let me move to New York to attend the most prestigious dance university, some might say, in the world." She was still surprised that she pulled that off.

" I think you forget just how good she used to be Beth. don't you remember that time she hid both of our boyfriends behind her curtains without dad finding out?" Maggie laughed at the memory.

"I guess... I'm just worried. I don't want this to effect the family." She understood her sisters worry; she really did. She knew what to do though, there wasn't any actual harm if she's an adult. What the man didn't know, wouldn't hurt him.

"I get that, but when you're twenty-three and one of the last women on earth and terrible wanting a man; come back and tell me you wouldn't do the same."

The next morning Sicily set out, Maggie by her side. Going around to everyone in the group, asking if anyone needed assistance. Sicily helped carol for a while, washing clothes, folding, giving tips and tricks. She even gave her a little insight to her past.

"You remember my late husband I had mentioned before?"

"Sure do."

"Well, he wasn't the nicest. He was the type to hold a heavy hand, especially after too much whiskey." Sicily's face fell.

"I'm guessing that got solved? I don't have to bring him back from the dead right?" She tried to make light of the situation.

"You'd be surprised at exactly who solved it. " Carol glanced over to Shane and rick. Sicily's eyebrows raised. After being informed on the matter, she held a little bit more respect for the man's actions.

"Well... I'm glad its solved." She said with a smile.

"And you and daryl?" Carol raised an eyebrow.

"What about us?"

"You know what about you."

" The only thing about us is that fact that we both got shot by a dumb fake blonde."

" And the fact that you called out to him when you got shot, and him to you. And the fact that you've hugged the man whenever we cannot get within five feet of him!" She said in a whisper yell. Sicily never blushed so quickly.

"We are only friends I swear. I have respect and care for him just like any of you."

"Uhuh, right." Carol scoffed.

it had been three days since the bullet pierced through her abdomen. She didn't want to be in bed anymore, she didn't want to be in that house anymore. She needed something more to occupy her, she was stir-crazy. Being bound to a mattress with no tv, magazine or computer felt like hell. She had successfully made her way outside to catch some sun, but even after four hours she felt the need to do something more. She had already run spoons, groomed him and fed him. Had already folded and washed all the laundry, and Daryl's pie was almost done in the oven but still felt the loathe of quiet wash over her body. She had been walking around in circles on the farm for what felt like days, unable to find something to occupy her time whenever she came across Glenn who looked shaken.

"Glenn? What's the matter?" She asked, doing a little jog to maybe catch up with the man. She tugged his shoulder; he turned to her out of breath and sweaty. Her eyebrows furrowed and her neck jerked back "Wow, what happening?"

"Do you ... do you know about the..." Sicily's eyes squinted.

"What do i know about what?" She started to get frustrated at the man's lag. His breathing slowed, taking off his hat and wiping his brow he locked with her eyes.

"The barn... its got corpse inside. Its filled."
