Sicily sat back at carols tent on a rock. The older woman didn't ask questions or pry. She simply heated up a can of soup and boiled some water for tea.

"Can i tell you something?" Sicily asked as she hugged the can of soup.

"I don't see why not."

"And you won't say anything to anyone... untrustworthy?" She asked as she eyed Shane, who was exiting the truck along with rick and Daryl.

"I kept my bruises a secret for years, I can keep this one." She says as she mirrors the young girl's position.

"There's walkers in the barn... I just found out. My family was hiding it from me." She swallows harshly as her face twists into a sour expression.

"They believe that they're sick. I don't know what to do but... I needed to tell someone. That someone was 'bout to be Daryl but, as you can see that didn't exactly work out in my favor."

She brings her eyes up to stare at carol. The woman was covering her mouth with her palm, eyes wide trying to keep her composure.

" Should I tell rick? Should I confront my dad?" Sicily placed her head in her hands.

"Wha's wrong with you?" Daryl's voice asked softly as he placed a fingertip on her shoulder, some of the most physical touch carol has ever seen from the man. She spoke up,

"Just an argument with Maggie." Sicily looked up at him with tears in her eyes, her cheeks red as she glared back up at the man. Carols response didn't satisfy him.

"Don't look at me like that I didn't do shit."

"Damn right you fuckin' didn't." Sicily stood up and threw the empty can at him. She fled the scene and left back up to the house. She couldn't stomach finishing the conversation with carol, especially with that look on her face.

"Who the hell got her panties in a twist?" He snarled angrily. Carol rolls her eyes.

"Were you not supposed to be teaching her how to shoot? I'd be pretty pissed too if you took my seventeen-year-old sister instead of the pretty girl following your every footstep." She said, trying to keep her shock and fear buried in her gut.

"She wanted to tell you something and when she went to your camp, she found me folding your laundry. So- she told me instead." Daryl curses as he runs his hands through his hair.

"Damn it woman."

That night after showering and getting ready for bed, Sicily heard a knock on her bedroom door. She shuffled over and opened the door to reveal a disheveled tear-stained Maggie. Her sister's chest rocking from sobs.

"I'm sorry- I'm sorry sicky please don't be mad." The womans face softened as she welcomed her sister in with a hug. She sat her sister down on the bed.

"I know they aren't sick! I know now I saw it!" She said through broken slurred words.

"What are you going on about?" She asked as soon as the words left Maggie's mouth.

"Glenn and I went on a run into town, and we were going through the pharmacy for the god damn sheriff's slut wife when one grabbed me through the shelves." She said with extra emphasis on 'slut', still battling tears.

"Glenn had to jump over the counter and bash its damn skull in!" She said in an almost laugh at how dramatic the entire scene was.

"Knight in shining armor huh?" Sicily said with a bit of resentment that she doesn't have the same treatment. Daryl won't even bother to knock on the front door and ask for her. Damn, she's really regretting giving him that pie.

"Yeah, he is. I'm mad at him though... tried to keep a secret from me."

"Oh, isn't that ironic?" Sicily raised her eyebrows at the woman in front of her.

"Well if you put it that way..." She said tucking her hair behind her ears.

"What secret was it anyway?" She gasped whenever she remembered. She grabbed Sicily's arm as she leaned forward with wide eyes.

"Lori is pregnant!"

"What?! No!"

"Yes!!" She says. Sicily's hand smacks over her mouth

"Is it ricks?"

"My bet is on the crazy eyes."

Sicily snorts as she pulls Maggie back down on the bed with her.

"Are you still mad at me?"

"Somewhat."

"... Thats okay."

A beat pass

"Can you hurry up and stop being mad?"

"No."

"Why not?"

"Cause you lied dimwit!"

"I didn't lie it was a secret! Be mad at daddy too at least."

"I am he just don't know it yet. Plus, you're mad at Glenn for the same shit."

"Thats different though!"

"How?"

".... Because that's him not me." She said with a laugh. Sicily chucks a pillow at her face.

"What's up with that archer man and you?"

"Getting on my nerves is what's going on." She turns her lip up trying to ignore the stinging pain in the back of her throat. Maggie sees right through her.

"What happened?"

"He hasn't been talking to me, I found carol doing his laundry and she was telling me about how he asked her! Then I learned that he took Beth with them to go and shoot. He was supposed to do that with me! I'm the one that asked!" Maggie's face softened.

"I made that man a damn pie! I rescued him from a canyon! Shit I got shot for him."

"Youve only known him for two weeks."

"Shut the hell up you have your own knight in shining armor let me wallow!"

"All I'm sayin' is why do you care so much if he's not givin' you enough attention? Plenty of men here, why choose the hardest one?"

"I like him" She frowns, she holds a stuffed dear from her childhood.

"I'm a grown woman crying like I'm still in grade school what the hell am I doing?"

"Coping."

"Oh."

"Yeah."

"Am I causing too much trouble?"

"Nah, if your worst problem right now is that you're a little lovesick I think you'll be fine."

"If you call getting shot a little lovesick, I think we need to check on Glenn." Maggie gasps

"I was helpin' and here you go being a smartass!"

"It's what you get for lyin' to me." Maggie sighs again, laying her head on her sister's shoulder.

"I love you; you know that?" Sicily grabs onto her sister's hand.

"I love you more."

"Nah that aint possible."
