Episode 7: Elias The Warlock

-continuing from the last episode, Elias continues to explain his intentions, his past, and his reasons for doing what he's doing to Uni and the rest. The crazy part about it all is how big of a part he plays into this seeing how long the hybrids have been after him. The scene starts with Rylo disengaging his arm from cuffing together Elias's hands so he can comfortably and fully explain to the Elites what's on his mind-
Elias: -rubs his wrists as relief from his hand being cuffed then he looks up at everyone as he starts to talk but is interrupted-
Jahlia: "So what you're saying is your name is Elias and you're a human/warlock that has been hunted by the hybrids for hundreds of years and you want to help us stop them and ultimately solve your problem in the process?"
Elias: -thinks to himself for a second then looks at her- "Yes that's precisely my goal. I think we could all benefit from each other in this current situation"
Jahlia: "And what makes you say that? What can you help us with that we aren't already doing for ourselves?"
Elias: "I can help you understand them better. Their power is a lot greater than you all perceive it to be. For instance, we are all well aware that Uni was able to defeat Desmond despite him knowing the capabilities of his powers, but when his brother Callum showed up he was barely able to hold him back and shield you all from his attack. It's thanks to those 2 girls rushing in and thinking quickly on their feet that you all were able to get to safety"
-they all think about his words and look at each other knowing he's right-
Jahlia: -clenches her fists- "So his name is Callum right?..." -she looks at Uni with a blaze in her eyes- "He's mine" -her eyes glow red for a few seconds-
Uni: -nods looking at how serious she is then looks at Elias- "So you're saying we need to train more? Even more than we are already doing?"
Elias: "Yes. All of your powers have to be extensively enhanced to compete with the hybrids and what they are capable of doing. If you can't keep up with them, they'll kill you... All of you"
-murmurs are heard throughout the building from the other people watching-
Dreya: "They won't have a chance" -she walks in from a small distance with her sword in the holster- "This is precisely what we have been training for. All of the supreme elites have been training their recruits and honing their skills to prepare for these enemies to be taken down" -Tylah goes to speak but is interrupted by Dreya holding up her finger like she's waiting for something. She looks around for a few seconds then looks at a chair facing away from them behind her as she starts speaking- "You're always late despite how physically fast you are"
-everyone feels a small gust of wind. They look back as if something came in with blinding speed behind them. They see nothing so they look back in front of them and notice a person dressed in yellow and black clothing, yellow hair, and yellow eyes sitting in the same chair Dreya hasn't turned her attention from tossing an apple up in the air repeatedly after catching it as he talks. After speaking he takes a bite of the apple then gets up and walks to them introducing himself-
???: "Is that an insult or a compliment?"
Dreya: "It's both. Should I continue or do you need help comprehending my last sentence?"
???: -tossing his apple- "Nahhh I'm good thanks" -gets up and walks up to Uni and the others onside of Dreya and looks at them and points to them as he speaks in correspondence to his words. First to Zelle, then Tylah, Jahlia, and last was Uni- "Too conceited, too happy, too rebellious, but you...you're perfect"
Dreya: "Don't you think you should introduce yourself before criticizing everyone?" -she looks directly at him even though she's blind-
???: "Not at all..." -he puts on a mean facial expression towards them-
-everyone puts up a defense in case he decides to try anything-
Drayven: -laughs- "I'm just joking" -laughs more then walks back onside of Dreya- "I'm Drayven one of the Supreme Elites. More specifically, Dreya and I are the top Supreme Elites since we are the strongest out of the entire group"
Dreya: "As I was stating before, we both will be training you all to get ready for the..." -she's interrupted by Drayven-
Drayven: "You can train all the others you're more than capable...but my focus will be this one" -he points to Uni-
Zelle: "Why are you singling out Uni for training when we all need it?" -she looks at him-
Dreya: "I'd have to agree Drayven this seems unethical"
Drayven: "I have my reasons" -he walks up to Uni and looks at him-
Dreya: -sighs- "Fine but you're fully responsible for teaching him everything"
Drayven: -nods- "Don't worry he'll be fine" -he disappears in thin air-
-Uni and the rest react shockingly but brush it off since it's normal at this point-
Dreya: "Now that he's gone, it's been brought to my attention that you all haven't met some of the Elite members"
Tylah: "Oh really? I thought we met everyone" -she shrugs and smiles-
Dreya: "Apparently not so what we are going to do is knock out 2 birds with one stone. You all will train with the same members you haven't met yet"
Jahlia: "Seems easy enough. So when do we start training?"
Dreya: "Now. Follow me" -she leads them to the Supreme Elite training room that can have its environment changed. When they walk in the room it's completely white with no windows or other doors- "Everyone come inside and I will introduce the others shortly" -she walks in and when the door shuts it seems to pixilate into itself to stimulate a fully enclosed room. As everyone walks in 5 other Elites appear out of nowhere like they are invisible and wait before speaking. Dreya walks by introducing everyone one by one and talks about them correspondingly- "This is Unica. She's another newly appointed Supreme Elite" -she smiles at everyone then looks at Uni and makes him blush hard-
Unica: "We've all met before. Intrusively I might add" -she smiles- "but unfortunately I won't be able to train with you all right now I have another mission I'm currently working on I just came by to meet you all again" -she smiles then walks away locking eyes with Uni until she walks out the door-
Dreya: -she walks to the next person- "This is Kalianna. She isn't a strong fighter like others around here but her abilities and skills set her apart from everyone"
Uni: -looks at her- "So what can you do?"
Kalianna: -starts singing and a few seconds later Jahlia drops to the floor unconscious-
Uni: -notices then instantly looks at Kalianna with evil intent as his eyes start glowing red- "What did you do to her?!"
Kaliana: -continues to sing for a few seconds then stops as she raises her hand ushering Uni to calm down and look at Jahlia again as she simply fell asleep- "Awaken Jahlia" -she steps back as Jahlia surprisingly wakes up from her very short nap confused before they explain what happened-
Dreya: -she walks to the next person- "Everyone this is Daxten. He is an expert in weapons, more specifically guns"
Daxten: -the roof of the room opens as we walk to the center. He pulls out an ordinary pistol as three targets that are being carried by drones are rotating in a circular position above the room at a good distance away from the room. He looks up for a few seconds, cocks the pistol, then in a very swift motion fires 3 bullets almost simultaneously hitting the bullseye on each of them in the same spot. The drones come down to reveal his targets, while the roof closes, showing his work while he walks back to his original standing spot not looking at the targets since he already knows how he did. He stands there quietly as they look at his targets then they move on-
Dreya: "Next, we have Ailyn. She's quiet and usually keeps to herself for the most part. Ailyn is very efficient in every style of close-quarter combat and she enjoys drawing from my understanding"
Ailyn: -stands there and looks at everyone with a blank expression holding her notepad tightly not saying a word-
-everyone looks at her confused since she doesn't say anything-
Dreya: "Last but not least is Centa. Centa has many talents and abilities and anything she can do she has mastered to a T but what she is best known for is being a master of disguise"
Centa: -nods her head up to everyone- "Sup"
-with all the introductions out of the way everyone starts their training. Uni and his friends all fought each other and the other members during this sparring practice. They learned new abilities and techniques that they wouldn't have dreamt of doing on their own. They all train for the next 2 weeks under Dreya and Drayven honing their skills and powers. Meanwhile, Desmond and Callum figure out the next steps to their plan as well. Back at the abandoned stadium...-
Desmond: -yelling at his subordinates while they stand there looking at him- "How could you all let this happen?! There is no way 1 girl beat you all!!"
Callum: -walks into the room and looks at Desmond with a cold expression instantly- "Shut up you idiot. Her brother was able to knock out almost all of your teeth, send you flying through 8 buildings, and break over 40% of the bones in your body with one punch so it's only natural that his sister would be just as strong if not stronger than him"
Desmond: -looks at Callum and goes to say something but waves his hands down in an angry motion and stays silent-
Callum: -looks at the subordinates- "Go on patrol and relieve the others"
-they do as he says leaving Desmond and Callum alone-
Callum: "Just because you have authority doesn't mean you get to treat everyone like trash when you're garbage yourself"
Desmond: -looks up at him and gets in his face- "Wanna say that again?"
Callum: "Calm down you ignorant fool we have some business to discuss" -walks past Desmond and stops-
Desmond: -turns to look at Callum- "What kind of business?"
Callum: -turns back around and looks at Desmond- "Like how we are going to beat those kids. You fending off that little girl's brother is one thing, but there's no doubt that they've been training to some degree. You say that his sister was only watching but seemed timid when you first met them all...however, she was able to ransack our entire base and beat every hybrid we have just because she was angry. I don't care how strong you think you are we can't ignore the progression they have and the fact that they are an otherworldly species who have strong and still unknown powers can be our downfall"
Desmond: -thinks to himself- "I guess you're right..." -a lightbulb goes off in his head- "Why don't we just train like them?"
Callum: "What are you talking about? We trained our whole lives that's how we got this strong"
Desmond: "Yeah we've trained for fighting but nothing else. Think about it...all hybrids have the same powers but never try to find something new. We can be the first hybrids to find our powers, something no other hybrids have"
Callum: -thinks to himself and looks at Desmond- "You know for an idiot...you're kinda smart when you want to be"
-from that point on Desmond and Callum go through with their plan and train for the next 2 weeks just like Uni and the rest. Their fighting skills improve with their power training and both sides come out stronger than before. Desmond decides to be cocky and sent an invite for an altercation, which could be his worst mistake yet...Back at the base for the Unleashed Elites, Kiesha orders everyone to her computer for an important message. An audio message starts playing with Desmond talking-
Desmon in the audio message: "I'll keep this short and simple. Have Uni meet me tomorrow by noon alone on top of the tallest skyscraper to finally end this. If he doesn't show or comes with anyone else, I'll wipe out this entire planet starting with Veloria...Don't make me wait..."
-everyone around turns and looks at Uni for a reaction but he is too busy zoned out thinking about all possible scenarios to the current situation. Reality doesn't strike him conscious again until Jayveon starts speaking-
Jayveon: "I would say to calm down and that everything is all right but...this is a real problem"
Zelle: "So what do we do about this? I mean we aren't going to let Uni go out there by himself"
Rylo: "That isn't what we are saying. Most of the Elites are just humans with certain abilities and talents to aid them. There are only a certain amount of people that can hold their own against the hybrids and Uni is one of them"
Jahlia: "Well me and Tylah are his sisters and we are just as strong as he is why don't we go instead?"
Davik: "That may work to some degree but nobody knows what we are walking into. The hybrids always have something up their wings"
Meyah: "So what's the plan then?"
Madix: "The tallest skyscraper?"
Dreya: "ENOUGH!!" -everyone stops talking and pays attention to her- "We're all hearing from people about this situation when it has NOTHING to do with us. I know this predicament is life-threatening for just about all of us but we are ELITES!! We do not react to threats with lower intellect mind frames" -she looks over to Uni- "We will support you and have your back with whatever decision you make Uni. Please take your time to assess this and let us know what you decide"
-Uni nods and goes back to the same training room he and his sisters have been training in for the last 2 weeks. He stands there thinking to himself until Drayven shows up-
Uni: -sighs and looks to his left- "You know I can sense you right?..."
Drayven: -looks at Uni as he becomes visible- "Only because I taught you"
Uni: -sighs- "I don't know what to do..." -leans against the wall-
Drayven: "Actually you know exactly what to do...you just feel like you can't do it when you know you have to...which is a battle almost nobody wins"
Uni: -looks away and sighs again-
Drayven: -walks over and stands in front of him- "Tell me what Chi is"
Uni: -looks at him- "What?"
Drayven: "You heard me. Now say it"
Uni: "I'm not doing this right now" -starts to walk away but isn't even able to take his first step-
Drayven: -moves so fast that a clone of him gets in front of Uni and stops him- "You know better than that...start explaining"
Uni: -turns towards him and nods- "Chi is the life force energy in the body even though it's not measurable like other physical energies"
Drayven: -nods- "And what are some benefits you get from practicing Chi?"
Uni: "Longevity, strength, self-healing, etc..."
Drayven: -nods and smiles a bit- "Now what blocks Chi?"
Uni: "Lack of integrity, tension, negative emotions, and many things but it usually depends on the person and their experience"
Drayven: -nods- "Great now tell me the 4 different types of Chi"
Uni: "Well there's Yuan Chi which is primary, Zong Chi which is core, Ying Chi which is nutritive, and Wei Chi which is defensive...what does this have to do anything?" -looks at him-
Drayven: -smiles evilly- "Well you know it all, the basics anyway. Let's see you put it into action!!" -quickly kicks Uni back a few feet-
Uni: -eyes go wide as he blocks it just in time but is still knocked back a few feet but gets in a fighting stance immediately as he looks around-
Drayven: -instantly circles him as his speed creates clones that are more physical unlike an illusion- "Get your head out of the clouds Uni!! All of your friends and sisters are ready to throw their lives away for you!! Why aren't you ready to do the same?!?!" -he starts periodically throwing kicks and punches while circling Uni increasing his speed as he does-
Uni: -keeps up with his speed but then suddenly goes invisible himself for a few seconds to land his punch while Drayven's guard is down- "I'm always ready to give up my life for them!! Something about this just doesn't feel right!!"
Drayven: -shakes back from the punch and looks at him- "You know what else won't feel right? Losing Elite members, friends, family!! I bet you won't think twice about losing someone then!!"
-Uni dashes after Drayven getting frustrated but Drayven quickly turns invisible by moving faster than he was before without the need of his chi-
Drayven: -his voice echoes throughout the room- "How can you sit there and let everyone else willingly be more of a sacrifice than you and you're the one their after? You're pathetic Uni. You're sad. Such a shame. I thought you cared about them..." -he banters on for a bit getting into Uni's head on purpose-
Uni: -starts going crazy with Drayven's words that he begins to grip his hair like he's going to rip it out but then he goes into his semi-form as he quickly reaches into a small arm-sized portal next to him and instantly grabs his throat with a hard grip as he becomes visible again. He takes a deep breath and calms down before speaking as he looks at him- "Your bantering is over...I'm thankful for your help Drayven...I know what I need to do now" -lets him go-
Drayven: -starts breathing a little hard but speaks- "You're welcome..."
