Episode 5: Unleashed Elites

-It's been about 3 weeks or so since Desmond and Uni had their altercation in front of the school. Nobody else noticed but Tessa was watching from afar because she didn't know what to do. Uni, Zelle, Jahlia, and Tylah weren't necessarily worried about where Desmond ran off to after he left from almost picking a fight with Uni but Tessa had it on her mind to sort of follow him without being seen so she could figure out where he went. This had nothing to do with ill intent or getting an advantage of anything, it was the simple fact Tessa was interested in Desmond from the start but didn't speak to him since he wanted Jahlia first. She found out that he usually spent most of his time in the same bar that they all hung out in after her first day of school. One night she got a little too close to say the least.......-
Desmond: -has a couple of drinks at the bar and gets agitated thinking about Uni again so he pays the girl and walks around to the back of the building casually then out of nowhere throws the bottle and breaks it into pieces- "That little bastard is lucky I decided to leave. The thing is they all had me outnumbered 4 to 1 so I would've done more harm to myself than good and I have no idea what they are capable of" -he leans on the building sideways putting his hands in his pockets. Tessa is hiding in a dark spot behind him doing her best not to make any noise- "However, I do know he at least is part of that species me and Callum killed off all those years ago. Jahlia may be as well but it's hard to tell from how she presents herself. I can tell Zelle is fully human but she is a lot more intimidating than the rest of them. Still, he won't be protected forever...." -he starts to walk off then Tessa moves closer but she accidentally steps on a piece of glass and breaks it as he hears then turns slowly with a menacing look on his face as he looks around. He clenches his fists- "I'm only going to say this once......come out now before I find you myself and kill you on the spot" -he looks around a bit longer until he notices a figure in a dark shade part of the building hiding from him- "Don't want to move? Then fine" -he starts walking closer then Tessa speaks but with her hands up to show she isn't a threat-
Tessa: "Wait!" -she walks closer to him and shows her face in the moonlight while she looks at him-
Desmond: -sees how pretty she is and lowers his tone and drops his guard a little bit without dropping his menacing look- "Aren't you one of Uni's friends? Why are you following me?"
Tessa: "Y-yes I'm Tessa...Sorry for following you I just watched your altercation with Uni and was curious about where you were going" -she holds her arm by her side and looks at him anxiously while blushing-
Desmond: -looks at her and then takes a step back as he lets out a breath- "What for"
Tessa: -she uses a hand to brush the hair out of her face and to the back of her ear while she speaks- "Well I ummm...you don't seem like a bad guy to me despite what happened...and you're very handsome..."
Desmond: -looks at her in disbelief- "How do I know you're not trying to get the upper hand on me for Uni? For all I know this could be some kinda plan to get an advantage on me"
Tessa: -looks him in his eyes- "Well I've been around you since you left from there and you have noticed me until now. If something were to happen it would've already"
Desmond: -looks down as he realizes how much of a point she has then picks his head back up and loses his mean mug with a polite face to put his charm into work- "Well Ig I'm special since you didn't decide to put me in harm's way" -he smiles and gets closer to her and looks in her eyes- "Sorry for misjudging you. If you've been betrayed the many times I have been you would have your guard up as well"
Tessa: -smiles and looks back at him- "Actually if it's one thing I do know it's betrayal. I've dealt with it being a foster kid almost my whole life and it hasn't gotten better until I moved to Veloria"
Desmond: -makes his face look concerned as he gestures for her to walk with him while they talk- "That must have been rough growing up. I can't imagine the type of trauma you have from those experiences alone"
Tessa: -decides to start walking with him as she gets sad when responds- "Yeah...I don't even know my parents. Some people may think it's a critical subject to just tell anyone but...I don't have anyone. Uni and his friends are my friends too but I have no family connected to me that I know of"
Desmond: "I can't imagine your pain and suffering...but look up with positivity and things will get better. Remember that nobody gets better without trying" -he rubs her shoulder and smiles at her-
Tessa: -she smiles while looking at him and blushes- "Thank you. It's not easy getting encouraging words regularly so I appreciate it Desmond"
Desmond: "No problem. Now what do you say to a date with me? We can go anywhere you want and do anything you wish" -he smiles and caresses her face then gently romantically holds her chin while he talks to her-
Tessa: -looks at him and blushes harder when he caresses her- "That sounds nice"
Desmond: -moves his hand and puts both of them in his pockets- "Sweet...meet me back at the bar tomorrow and we'll go from there"
Tessa: -nods while smiling- "Ok see you later Desmond"
-Desmond walks away smiling as does Tessa while they go in different directions. For the next week and a half or so, they go on dates every single day. Tessa meets up with him at the same bar after school and they do something every time they meet: Eating out different places, picnics, going to beaches..etc but those are just a few examples. They continue spending quality time together but Uni and his friends wonder what she has been doing since this started as she had a different excuse every time she left after school for why she couldn't hang out with them. They don't press the issue since she is her own person and is allowed to make decisions by herself. One day though...everything takes a turn for the worst. Desmond and Tessa are out together and Uni and his friends are planning to hang out after school. Hopefully, nothing happens...-
Desmond: -takes Tessa to a fancy restaurant. They laugh and talk, really having a good time. They drink some wine and have dessert then decide it's time to go. They walk out the door and run into somebody who isn't familiar to Tessa but is to Desmond......his expression turns menacing like he is about to exact revenge.- "You're looking well...Elias"
Elias: -looks shocked to see him first then his expression calms down as he relaxes- "Desmond...you look less frightening without your wings"
-Tessa got confused as to why Elias said that but she didn't say or do anything to interrupt them-
Desmond: -grits his teeth a bit and looks at him- "Shutup before I put your blood on the ground we walk on" - he clenches his fists-
Elias: -holds up his hands- "I'm not looking for a confrontation. Plus we wouldn't want to scare the lady here. It's bad for public view"
Desmond: "You know what you're right so let's do this... You both are coming with me now" -he grabs Tessa by her arm and pushes Elias into an alleyway-
-at this point, Uni and his friends are getting out of school and are planning to hang out like they usually do-
Zelle: -comes up behind Jahlia- "Hey Jahlia you seen Uni around?"
Jahlia: -turns around and looks at her while they walk down the entrance steps of the school- "No but he should be around here somewhere"
Uni: -pops up behind Zelle and playfully nudges her- "Heard you were looking for me" -smiles-
Zelle: -turns and looks at him as she smiles once she sees his face- "Yeah to tell you how dumb you look"
Tylah: -walks up out of nowhere with her arms up smiling- "Ouuuuu burnnnnn"
Jahlia: -laughs- "I can't get enough of you guys. Wanna hit the bar?" -she looks at Uni"
Uni: "Yeah sure"
Zelle: -nods- "Yeah that sounds good I can use a drink"
Tylah: -smiles bigger and puts a thumb up- "Yeah that's awesomeeee"
Jahlia: "Ok lets go"
-they all start walking towards the bar talking, smiling, and laughing as they do. The walk isn't very long simply because the bar is somewhat close to the school. About 15-20 minutes or so pass by and Uni is the first to notice Desmond in an alleyway with Tessa and another guy he's never seen before-
Uni: -walking with his sisters and friends to the bar when a strong and familiar sensation takes his senses by surprise. He instantly turns his head to the right and his expression changes to stern-
Zelle: -notices he isn't walking anymore and turns back to call him- "Uni!!"
Uni: -doesn't respond as his focus is on Desmond and the other two-
Zelle: -walks over to him and nudges him slightly- "Hey why'd you stop walking?"
Uni: "It's Desmond" -he points-
-Jahlia and Tylah both walk over as Zelle looks over to the alleyway and they all see him-
Zelle: -her expression also grows cold and mean- "What's he doing here?"
Tylah: -stands there smiling not knowing what to do-
Jahlia: "I mean why does it matter he isn't even bothering us and hasn't in a while"
Uni: "Except for the fact that Tessa is with him..."
Jahlia: -looks over there again and looks back at Uni- "Ok and what does that mean? Tessa can do what she wants just like us"
Zelle: "Maybe the fact that she might be giving Desmond an advantage to catch us slipping. Now it all makes sense as to why she was making excuses for why she didn't want to be with us after school even though we never asked why"
Tylah: -stands there just thinking with her hand on her head and listening to everyone talk-
Jahlia: -sighs and stands firm with them- "Seems like there's no talking you guys out of this"
Uni: "Nope" -he starts walking toward the alleyway where Desmond, Tessa, and the mystery man are while clenching his fists-
-once he starts walking there Jahlia and Tylah feel a very strong, intimidating, and demonic-like aura coming from Uni like something inside him changed. Zelle didn't notice simply because she is human. Uni was walking with more than a purpose, it felt like it was his job to put an end to Desmond so Jahlia was fully committed to following his lead even though he was the younger brother. Uni gets close enough to Desmond and the rest with everyone behind him at a respectable distance-
Uni: -has the same menacing expression- "I see your hands are always somewhere they don't belong"
Desmond: -gets angry then lets go and Tessa and Elias and turns to see Uni and his friends behind him. He glances at Jahlia and sees she has the same aggressive energy the rest have, besides Tylah, and he looks back at Uni- "And I see you're always somewhere you're not wanted"
Uni: "I didn't think I was going to see you again after last time...but I'm glad I am. You're not going anywhere this time"
Desmond: "What's your deal with me kid? Why can't you just mind your own business?
Uni: "I've had a bad feeling about you since I first saw you. I knew you were bad for my sister and I have no idea why Tessa is with you but you're probably not good for her either. I just don't think you're a good person at all"
Desmond: "Oh is that so?" -he opens his arms and stands feet together and smiles angrily while looking at Uni- "Why not show me how much of a bad person I am?"
Uni: -breathes in and out slowly and gets in a martial arts stance with his left hand behind his back and his right hand upwards with his palm facing himself- "You wanted to hurt me so bad...you first"
Desmond: -he gives a confused look- "I wanted to hurt you?! You're the one who kept constantly coming at me from the jump!" -he gets a few steps closer while continuing to talk- "You even have this little stance like you're going to do something to hurt me" -he laughs while looking at him and some black flames start appearing from underneath his skin on both his arms then his expression quickly goes back to a mean mug- "Besides I'm growing tired of you. Always acting like a brick wall protecting your sister and friends and for what? I haven't done anything wrong but if you insist on fighting then fine...." -he smiles and opens his arms- "be my guest" -immediately the flames on his arms grow bigger then huge wings sprout from his back causing a strong wind-
Uni: -the wind from Desmond's wings causes him to unexpectedly lose his balance and get knocked to the ground. He falls but breaks the force with his hands, fortunately-
Desmond: -jumps high and falls fast to try and stomp on Uni-
Uni: -sees his actions despite him falling as he bounces back up and dodges the stomp which makes a large crack in the ground. He thinks to himself- ("He's fast. I need to pay attention to his moves") "Seems like you have a heavy foot there. Just don't be weird and fight with your wings you freak"
Desmond: -gets so annoyed that a vein pops out of his head angrily and he screams- "I'm a freak huh?! AT LEAST I'M NOT SCAR.......AAGGGHHH!!!!! -he suddenly flies into the building behind him-
Uni: -interrupts Desmond with blinding his speed as he runs up to him then kicks him in his chest causing him to fly through the building wall- "Is scared what you were going to say? Don't start having speech problems now"
Desmond: -out of nowhere Desmond flies out of the rubble of bricks, grabs Uni by the throat,  and flies in the sky high enough for a certain death fall then smiles as he holds him by the throat- "You know kid you're full of surprises...but you still don't know me or what I'm capable of so messing with me isn't the smartest idea you have right now"
Uni: -looks at Desmond with so much rage that his pupils turn into little fireballs, his veins pop out all over his body, and they start to flicker a bright red like an electric circuit- "PUT ME DOWN YOU UNDERGROWN OSTRICH!!!!"
Desmond: -laughs and smiles and gestures with his right hand while holding Uni with his left- "HAHAHAHA Awww come on don't you love the view?"
Uni: "I SAID PUT ME DOWN!!!!" -the veins in his body glow and both his eyes glow red as his power activates. Within the thread of a second, they are both back on the ground with Desmond by Tessa and Uni in front of Jahlia where they first started. He starts breathing heavily and bends down to the ground as the power he just mistakenly used took a toll on his stamina-
Desmond: -shakes his head and looks around in disbelief until he spots Uni then smiles- "Quite interesting kid I've never seen anything like that before...but it seems like you're weak just from that one move. Don't tucker yourself out just yet buddy we just started playing"
Uni: -struggles to stand up after realizing what just happened but he gets back into his fighting stance and looks at him while breathing heavily- "If anyone...is weak...it's you...weak minded...that is..."
Desmond: -he growls with anger and groans at him- "How can you be out of breath and still annoy me kid?"
Uni: "The same way...I kicked you...into the wall...I just...do it...." -he smiles while looking at him-
Desmond: -gets mad but then smiles and laughs loudly for a second- "HAHAHAHAHA You need some rest kid you look exhausted" -looks at Jahlia briefly then back at Uni- "Maybe then I can have some alone time with Jahlia like I had before you came along"
Uni: -puts his head down as his hair dangles while his voice goes low in tone but not in sound- "How about you try saying that again.......more clearly this time please....."
Desmond: "I don't repeat the phrases that I speak into existence. I know you're triggered though, you better know how to pull it"
Uni: "Maybe I do" -while keeping his head down with the same tone and posture he raises his arm and somehow makes a portal only big enough for his arm to go through then he grabs Desmond's neck and squeezes his throat veraciously and doesn't let go- "Which is something I simply can't allow because if you think your ever going around my sister again..." -he lifts his head revealing a crazy face with the same glowing red veins from before, glowing red eyes, and a psycho look- "Your sadly mistaken"
Desmond: -starts struggling to breathe as he has trouble speaking then he begins to try and loosen Uni's grip- "Ugh.....take your hands...off me kid!!" -he manages to get free of Uni's grip and backs up while breathing a little heavy and holding/rubbing his throat since Uni's hand left an indention in his skin-
Uni: -his veins and eyes stop glowing while he looks at Desmond and his stamina seems to have replenished and improved or at least isn't phasing him- "Take this seriously. I'm tired of playing games with you Desmond."
Desmond: -starts controlling his breathing and stands tall again before walking up to Uni slowly as he looks into his eyes- "Fine kid I'll go all out. No holding back and no reserves" -the black flames on his arms get more aggressive-
-both of Uni's entire eyeballs glow a bright red while Desmond's eyes only glow red but each of them displays the anger they have as well as the power to match it. Without a countdown, they both suddenly start to exchange punches with great force. The blows are so strong you can see an echo effect from the other side of their bodies after every hit. However, Uni's power puts him at a greater advantage. His veins start glowing a bright red again and the echo effect from Desmond stops but has a greater impact from Uni. His power makes his body more durable against physical attacks. They keep exchanging blows until Uni blocks 2 of his punches, knees him in the stomach, which makes him lean forward, comes with an uppercut with his left hand, and then cocks back so far with his right hand that a flame appears on his fist as he connects the sucker punch to Desmond's face breaking his jaw and knocking out a few teeth. His body flies at mach speed causing him to go through the already hole-made building and into the next 8 buildings leaving a few ribs, shoulder, and ankle broken. Uni stands up as the flame on his hand disappears and he looks through the building where he sent Desmond flying. Jahlia, Tylah, Zelle, Tessa, and Elias are all shocked and have their mouths wide open from the current events. Desmond will heal up within an hour or 2 due to his healing feats. Then out of nowhere......-
Zelle: -runs up to Uni shocked but happy- "Uhhhhh what just happened?!?!"
-Jahlia and Tylah do the same-
Jahlia: "Uni I can't believe my freaking eyes!!!! I knew you were strong but never seen you this powerful!!!!"
Tylah: -smiles big and puts a thumbs up and jumps and screams- "THAT WAS AWESOME AWESOME!!!!! YOU HIT HIM THROUGH THE WALLLLLL!!!!"
Uni: -smiles- "I don't know guys I just....."
-out of nowhere another wingman with white clothes and black hair lands in the middle of the alleyway in a fast manner getting everyone's attention. He looked through the hole in the building and saw Desmond lying on the rubble then he looked at Uni with a calm yet cold expression. Uni, Jahlia, Tylah, and Zelle were all looking at him the same way but were having various thoughts. 'Where did he come from?' 'Who is this guy?' 'He has wings too?' All questions going on through their heads but after a couple of seconds he dashes at Uni with great speed and they block each other's arms in a clash. Within that time frame, Uni thought quickly and jumped back while pushing his friends in one motion also while he used his power to transport them a few feet away. Uni's eyes and veins started glowing red as soon as they grabbed each other and the atmospheric pressure and gravity instantly got denser around the city. Car alarms beeping, glass breaking, birds dropping, people falling and struggling to stay on their feet-
???: -still speaks with a calm tone- "I'll kill you..."
-Uni looks at him angrily then he gets intercepted by a girl dressed in black and green holding twin mini blades and another girl with purple eyes and white hair with a majestic type of sword to match her hair and eyes in front of Jahlia, Tylah, and Zelle protecting them-
?1: -grabs the other wing guy and throws him into the first building then grabs Uni's arm quickly turning the other way- "Let's go!!"
?2: -quickly throws up a hand sign- "Right!" -everyone turns invisible as she makes them run away-
-being invisible it was impossible to see or track them. When the white-colored clothes wingman got up to find them he couldn't see where they were so he went to check on Desmond After a few minutes of running Uni, Jahlia, Tylah, and Zelle were brought to a door hidden under a building nearby-
?1: "We should be safe now"
Jahlia: "Thanks for saving us but... who are you?"
Madix: -looks at her- "I'm Madix and this is Meyah"
Meyah: -smiles and waves- "Hey guys"
Zelle: "But where did you take us?"
Madix: -smiles and looks at Zelle- "Glad you asked" -opens the door- "Follow us" -she and Meyah walk through the door-
Uni: "For what?" -shrugs-
Madix: -she pops her head out then back in- "You want answers don't you?"
-they all go through the door and follow Madix and a futuristic-looking base of operations as they look around fascinated. Madix and Meyah get in front of them-
Madix: "Uni, Jahlia, Tylah, and Zelle welcome to Unleashed Elites"
