He tilted his head and looked at me, his voice somewhat heavy, "People say I'm a dangerous villain, that I'm a dark necromancer, but I've never done anything evil. I only use magic when others try to attack me, and after some got hurt, they just hated me even more."

I signaled to them with my eyes, "Isn't that right?" I asked.
They glanced at me, somewhat reluctantly, and softly replied, "Yes."
Aye laughed and asked, "Who are they?"
"They are Lanius, Eirod..." I introduced them one by one.

Aye's face lit up with an innocent smile, and he addressed them warmly, "My name is Aye. It's nice to meet you all."
Perhaps it was Aye's pure smile; they began to relax, their expressions softening, and responded with gentle smiles of their own. "Aye, you will be safe with our mercenary group."
Aye nodded. "I know, as long as Sasha is here, nothing will happen to me."
