"Oh my, such an adorable little sister, what's your name?" The woman named Mery hugged me tightly, her hands ruffling my hair incessantly.

"Let... let go of me." I gasped for breath. "I can barely breathe."

Fay pressed his hand against his forehead, sighing helplessly. "Mery, let her go. Lisa's going to be strangled by you."

"So your name is Lisa, huh? Oh... I'm really sorry. I just couldn't help myself seeing how cute you are..." Mery finally released me, giving me a moment to catch my breath.

"It's alright." I waved my hand. "I came here through Fay's introduction because I wanted to form a song and dance troupe. I wonder if you, Miss Mery, would be willing to join us?"

"Oh ho ho." Mery laughed, covering her mouth. "With someone as cute as Lisa inviting me, how could I possibly refuse?"

"Huh?" My mind blanked momentarily. Lisa, darling? I've been around long enough that I shouldn't be called something so childish. I could only imagine the twisted expression I was making right now.

"It's settled then." Mery's face immediately lit up with a smile. "Come on, call me Sister Mery."

"Why?" I was still struggling to catch up.

"Because I want to hear you call me that with your sweet little voice." Mery eagerly continued, "Especially hearing you say 'Sister Mery' would bring me immense satisfaction, because I am, after all, a beautiful sister!"

"Huh?" I realized I had been left speechless quite a few times today. But surely anyone would be flustered dealing with such an odd person.

"Come on, say it." Mery took my hand, looking at me with tender eyes.

"Uh, Sister Mery," I finally said, unable to resist her gaze.

"Aww, such a good girl." Mery immediately hugged me again. "You're just too cute!"

"Help..." My words were muffled against her chest.
