Suspicion And Salvation!

It was Monday again. Bladebreakers had so much fun in the last two days, and now it's time to take studies seriously. (Y/N), Hilary, Kai, Tyson, and Jessica had their presentation today. Due to the whole scene that happened in the canteen, the girls were somewhat hesitant about having Jessica in their group. However, they had no other choice at this point. Max had advised them that the best approach was to deliver their presentation quietly and avoid any interaction with Jessica afterwards. Ray also sternly warned (Y/N) and Hilary not to start any conflicts with Jessica and to keep their composure.

"I don't want to give this presentation," sighs (Y/N) as Bladebreakers made their way towards the classroom. "I wish I could sleep more!" Yawns Tyson. "What do you mean by that? I let you sleep for 4 minutes more than usual," said Kai glaring at him. Tyson scoffs at him before replying, "And then wake me up with a bucket of cold water." "Not my fault you were not waking up, I thought you were dead," said Kai with a shrug. Everyone laughed as the duo continued their banter. "Hey stop it! You two are fighting like married couples," said Hilary. (Y/N) couldn't control her laughter, "You are right Hil!! If Kai wouldn't have confessed his feelings to me, I would have thought that he likes Tyson!" "HEY! STOP SHIPPING ME WITH TYSON! And (Y/N) you thought I liked him instead of you? How can you think like that!!" Kai exclaimed, feeling betrayed that (Y/N) would think he had feelings for the blue-haired blader. Tyson, equally embarrassed, said, "You're watching too many of those silly shows!!" as his face turned red. "Aw, Tyson, you're blushing!" Hilary teased. "I am NOT BLUSHING, I AM EMBARRASSED!" Tyson insisted, growing more agitated. "How can you ship your boyfriend with someone else?" Kai playfully pinched (Y/N)'s waist as she couldn't stop laughing.

Laughing and joking, Bladebreakers reached their classroom; Ray, Kenny and Max wished others good luck for their presentation before they also made their way towards their classroom. "Let's recheck our ppt and speeches one more time," suggested Hilary. "Oh c'mon Hil! We have practised more than enough. And our turn has time. So let's just relax now!!" said Tyson. The four of them were having fun when Jessica walked into the classroom. (Y/N) and Hilary sends her glares, which she returns. "We still have time right? Let's go to meet Rin and Yuki, suggested (Y/N). Hilary quickly agreed, "Yeah let's go!!" Both of them were making their way out of the class when Tyson spoke, "What? But
they are your roommates! You can meet them later. You both basically live with them!" "Yeah, but I don't want to be in the same place with her", said Hilary while pointing at Jessica. (Y/N) nodded agreeing with her. Both Tyson and Kai sighed. When Jessica saw (Y/N) and Hilary leaving, she quickly made her way towards Kai. Seeing that Kai quickly stood up and walked outside, Tyson followed him, too. Jessica stood there, fuming in anger as Kai ignored her.

While the four of them were outside the classroom, someone approached (Y/N)'s laptop. "It's not wise to leave your laptop unattended, my dear (Y/N)," the person said with a mischievous grin.

In another classroom

The girls were chatting together, gossiping and sharing stories. "Don't you have to go to your class now?" asked Ray. "They will go after some time. Let us catch up!!" Rin said making Ray quiet. "These girls can talk all day and still feel like it's not enough," Max said jokingly. Kai, who was walking back to class, saw them, "You two are still here? C'mon, it's time to go." said Kai, Tyson strolling behind him. "Ahh Kai just 5 minutes more," (Y/N) whined. "(Y/N) their lecture is going to start. Let's go!!" saying this, Kai held her hand and pulled her with him outside. As they were going out, Yuki entered the class. "Oh, Yuki, you are late; we are waiting for you. Where were you?" asked Hilary curiously. "I went to submit my assignment; sorry it took me so long, but we can catch up later." Yuki apologies. Hilary and (Y/N) nodded and bid her goodbye as the four of them went to their class. "Oh no, did I leave the laptop on?" (Y/N) mutters to herself. "You didn't set a password?" Kai raises an eyebrow. "Of course, I set the password, and I clearly remember shutting it down before I left!" (Y/N) replies. "God, what new problem is this?" Hilary says, sounding anxious. "Oh no!" (Y/N) gasps in horror. "What's wrong?" Tyson asks. "O-Our presentation!! I can't find the folder!!" (Y/N) panics. Concern spreads among the group. "What the hell, (Y/N)? We're up next! You do have the PPT on your pendrive, right?" Tyson inquires. "Yes, b-but the pen drive is in my dorm," (Y/N) answers. "It will take at least 15 minutes to grab it!" Kai sighs. "How can you be so careless? You've lost the PPT we all worked so hard on?" said a voice from behind; everyone turned to see Jessica standing there. (Y/N) scowls at her. "I didn't LOSE it! It got deleted!" (Y/N) snaps, glaring. "Or maybe someone deleted it while we were gone!" Hilary suggests, hinting at Jessica. "Huh? Stop blaming me for your mistakes! I don't even know her laptop's password. And I put in just as much effort for that PPT as you all did. Why would I delete it?" Jessica retorts. "Everyone, calm down!! We don't have time for accusations. We're up next! We need to figure out how to handle this now," Tyson interjects, trying to prevent an argument. "Tyson's right. (Y/N), go to the dorm and get the pen drive while we speak to the professor about delaying our presentation," Kai instructs.
