Rize finds himself inside a jail cell after he was telported by Nightingale. He sees her outside the jail cell.

 "What going on?" asked Rize.

 Nightingale takes out a white board and a purple colored marker. She uses these to communicate with people since she could not speak.

 "It time you get back to studying," she writes on her board.

 "No way. I think it better if I quit school," said Rize.

 "Sorry but quitting is not the answer," writes Nightingale.

 They both would see a middle age man walk next to Nightingale. He had black hair with light-colored skin with brown eyes. He wore a dark brown suit with a blue tie with a golden tree emblem on it. This was Rize's Father, Raze Alistair.

 "Dad? Miss Nightingale has gone nuts," said Rize.

 "Sadly, I have come to help you out and it not the best thing you want. I think you should go back to school," said Raze.

 "I do not want to go to school anymore. I rather go fight demons in the DHO," said Rize.

 "I would agree with this, but sadly your mother has agreed with Nightingales' plan here," said Raze.

 "Damn it," said Rize with anger.

 "You have two options my son, you go back to school or you be place in some sort of home schooling here until you go back," said Raze.

 "How about we give him some time to think of these options," said Nightingale.

 They would leave the room to give Rize some time to think of these options he is giving.

 Meanwhile, Cyrus has arrived home as it was the end of school.

 "I am home," said Cyrus.

 He sees a young girl who looks like she is in elementary school. She had red hair that goes down to her shoulders. She had light-colored skin with a red right eye and a blue left eye. She wore a school uniform for the Esper Academy. She is Rize's Esper, Anna Excalibur.

 "Oh, Rize...," said Anna before she saw it was Cyrus and not Rize.

 "Sorry, Anna. Rize is doing some catch up at school," said Cyrus.

 "Your lying. Rize would never stay after school," said Anna.

 "Oh, I am sure he is. Miss Nightingale made him," said Cyrus. He trying hard to not tell Anna what going on with Rize.

 "Alright, take me to him then," said Anna.

 "Hey we can't just...," said Cyrus. 

 But he did not finished due to fact Anna looked like she about to cry.

 "Alright fine," said Cyrus. He lost to her.

 "Alright, let's go," said Anna.

 They then leave and heads for the New Gotham Police Department.

 Rize sits on the bed of his jail cell wondering what to do next if he should stay here or just heads back to school. He would see Cyrus and Anna enter the room outside his cell.

 "Anna?" questioned Rize.

 "Rize? why are you in a jail cell?" questioned Anna.

 "Nightingale trying really hard to get me to go back to school," said Rize.

 "Well, this was the only way she could try to convince you," said Cyrus.

 "Well, she going to try harder then this," said Rize.

 "I see never going to die attitude," said Cyrus.

 "She give up at some point," said Rize.

 "Maybe I can help you," said Anna.

 "Sorry, but I rather you not get in trouble for something I am doing," said Rize.

 "Ah, come on. Miss Nightingale is a good friend to me," said Anna.

 "I said no. I will deal with this. Just be a good girl," said Rize.

 "Even in deep shit. He still has a good heart when it comes to Anna," thinks Cyrus. 

 They would see Nightingale, Raze, Judas, and another man. He was an average-sized man. He had short black hair with light-colored skin and yellow eyes. He wore a policeman uniform for the New Gotham Police Department. This was Issac Alistair, he is Rize's older brother and is the second older brother and was the one who set this up.

 "So, have you decide yet?" asked Raze.

 "Yeah, I am not going to school," said Rize.

 "I was afraid this," said Raze.

 "Then you should meet the one who will be your tutor as you will being staying here," writes Nightingale. 

 A young woman enters the room outside the jail cell. She had long black hair with light-colored skin. She had brown eyes. She wore the same school uniform but it was the one for female students at Rize's school. This was Lydia Draken, she is Rize and Cyrus' childhood friend and she is an honor student at there school.

 "Man, I feel bad for you," said Cyrus.

 "Someone has to make this dummy learn," said Lydia.

 "I agree. It time you learn what you missed Rize," said Issac.

 "Sorry but I rather sleep," said Rize as he lays down in his cell's bed.

 "I think you should compile unless you rather stay in this cell," said Issac. He steps up to the cell's bars.

 Rize gets up and heads over and glares at Issac.

 "Then make me compile then asshole," said Rize.

 "Then I guess you be staying for awhile," said Issac.

 He leaves the room and heads back to work.

 "Miss Nightingale can you please let him out?" asked Anna.

 Nightingale looks down at Anna and sighs.

 "How about we go get some ice cream," said Raze.

 "Yeah, that sounds like a perfect idea," said Judas.

 Anna looks at Rize.

 "Go, you do not need to worry about me okay," said Rize.

 "Alright," said Anna.

 They would then leave the New Gotham Police Department and head to Anna's favorite Ice cream shop. Rize heads back to his bed and lays down. He looks at his right hand which he has keys to his cell as he stole them from Issac when he was having a stare down with Issac.

 "I guess, I will wait a bit before I make my grand escape," said Rize.
