Yggdrasil. Rebirth (Volume 1) The Beginning

The Demon Realm

 Rize was running through the streets of New Gotham with Excalibur. He was slicing through every bull demon that came across from him. He would see a red portal where he sees a bunch of bull demons coming from.

 "If we go in and close that. The demons will stop coming here," said Rize.

 Judas was nearby on a building holding a steel sword as he saw Rize down below.

 "Oh," said Judas with surprise as he saw Rize using Excalibur. He warps down below to where Rize is.

 "Well, it looks like you took my advice," said Judas.

 "Yeah, she changed a bit and now she wants to slay demons," said Rize.

 "Well you might have guess the bastard that in charge of this is on the other side. Well, I was waiting for my Esper to finally come to the scene. but trying to get her to answer phone is the next thing," said Judas. "So, are you heading in?"

 "Yeah, someone got to close this thing," said Rize.

 "Well, The Demon Realm is not an easy place to be in," said Judas.

 "It should get ready for me then," said Rize with a smile.

 Judas laughs at that remarks.

 "Just be careful in there alright?" asked Judas.

 "I will," said Rize.

 Rize takes off towards the portal and attacking any bull demon that got in his way. Rize would eventually enter the portal which brought him to The Demon Realm. 

 Rize would appear in what looked like a rocky mountains. Rize scanned around and checks out The Demon Realm. He saw the grass was a red color with trees that had black bark and red leaves. The Dirt even looked more like darker color of regular dirt from his world.

 "Man, this place looks strange," said Rize.

 All of a sudden something big jumps down behind Rize which gets his attention. He sees a huge humanoid creature with a red fur body. it stood over ten feet tall. it had a bull like head with flames coming from the back of his head. It was carrying a large battle axe. This creature was known as Maotaur, The Leader of The Bull Demon.

 "The hell are you?" questioned Rize.

 "A Human? I guess I can have a treat before heading over to The Human Realm," said Maotaur.

 "What? you think this meal is free? Good luck pal. I think you would make better steaks," said Rize as he gets ready to fight Maotaur.

 Maotaur laughs as heard that as he feels like he can crush Rize in one step with his hoof feet.

 "You have a tough spirit young human. I shall enjoy ripping you apart," said Maotaur.

 Maotaur goes in and swing his battle axe, but as he was about to hit Rize. He blocks it with Excalibur and parry Maotaur attack and counters the attack by cutting his left leg off. Maotaur would falls on his back and holds his severed leg.

 "I guess I was too much for you're menu," said Rize.

 But Rize notice Maotaur was starting to laugh at him.

 "You strong for a young human and I see you are an Esper User. This will be a good fight then," said Maotaur.

 Rize sees Maotaur regrow his leg from nothing.

 "At least you got some good party tricks, but can you grow your head after I cut it off," said Rize with a smile on a maniac could make.

 "I will show you true pain," said Maotaur.

 Maotaur picks up his battle axe and goes in for an over head chop. Rize dodges it by rolling to the left. Rize gets up and runs around Maotaur. It tries to squash Rize with his left leg when he got close. But Rize manages to avoid it with his speed. Rize sees an opening and heads in and impales Maotaur in the stomach. Maotaur grabs him with his right hand and slams Rize to the ground. Maotaur jumps up and tries to double stomp Rize, But Rize rolls out of the way to the left. Rize see that Maotaur is having a hard time healing his stomach wound. Rize then goes in for another attack at Maotaur. Which Maotaur swings his battle axe at him, But Rize jumps up and stabs Maotaur in the head which makes Maotaur fall down.

 "Impossible," said Maotaur.

 Maotaur starts to fade away as he dies from Rize's attack. Rize falls to one knee to rest a bit but he notice the portal that he came from. He rushes to the portal in order to get back to his world but he only manages to get Excalibur and his left arm through. He felt as the portal was about to close.

 "I'm sorry we could not keep fighting together, Anna. Please live a good life with out me to be there," said Rize as the portal closes on him trapping him in the Demon Realm.

 In The Human Realm, Anna returns to her human form as she looks at Judas who was standing there looking horrified at what he saw behind her. She turns her head back to see what he was looking at. She saw Rize's severed left arm on the ground which made her scream.

 In the Demon Realm, Rize was by a tree sitting down on the ground. He manages to tie a piece of cloth around what remained of his left severed arm so he did not bleed to death. He would see a bunch of demons which were lead here by the smell of his blood. He sees a rusty iron sword by the tree and picks it up with his right hand.

 "I hope you did not expect an easy meal from me you bastards. If I am going down here, then I am going to see how many I can take with me," said Rize as he lunges at the demons coming for him.
