I stood frozen, my arm grasped by Yuji's desperate hand. His eyes pleaded with me, his voice trembling as he implored, "Y/N, don't do this." His words hung in the air like a lifeline, urgent and filled with concern. The cozy café enveloped me, its warm glow and inviting aroma of freshly brewed coffee and baked goods contrasting the turmoil brewing within. Soft chatter and clinking cups filled the air, but Yuji's words silenced the background noise, drawing my focus to his desperate gaze.

Patrons' faces blurred into the background, their concerned glances flicking between Yuji and me. The café's lights flickered, casting eerie shadows on the walls. My gaze locked onto Kibuyuki, his twisted smile sinister, fueling my growing rage. My crystal blue eyes blazed with fury, my heart racing with anticipation. "Enough, Kibuyuki. I don't need your help," I growled, my voice low and menacing.

The café's atmosphere shifted dramatically. Conversations faltered, patrons sensing the tension. Cups paused mid-air, eyes fixed on me in horror. My eyes flashed yellow, nails lengthening into razor-sharp black claws. Teeth sharpened like a wolf's, body beginning to shift. Gasps echoed through the café as patrons scrambled to distance themselves. A woman's terrified scream pierced the air: "Oh God, she's one of them!" Kibuyuki's laughter echoed through the chaos, eyes gleaming with excitement.

"Finally, you're showing your true colors! Accept it, Y/N. You truly are Katherine's daughter. Just like her." As he spoke, his body dissolved into cursed energy, swirling around me. The air charged with electricity, every light flickering like fireflies dancing in the darkness. The energy merged with my body, reversing my transformation. Teeth returned to normal, claws retracted. I regained control, but the damage was done.

Patrons fled the café, leaving behind a trail of overturned chairs and abandoned belongings. Without a word, I stood up from the chair, the scraping sound echoing through the now-empty café. I turned to leave, pushing open the door. The bright sunlight and bustling streets enveloped me, a stark contrast to the chaos I left behind. Horns blared, people shouted, and the city's vibrant energy swallowed me whole.

As I walked down the pathway, the sounds of the city—chattering pedestrians, wailing sirens, and rumbling engines—surrounded me. The world seemed to spin around me, my thoughts reeling from the events at the café. Yuji's desperate plea still lingered in my mind, a reminder of the fear I'd unleashed.

I stormed through the streets, the city's vibrant energy swirling around me like a maelstrom. People scurried for cover as the sky darkened, thunder rumbling through the air with ominous intensity. The atmosphere thickened, heavy with foreboding. Yuji rushed after me, grasping my wrist with a warm, firm grip. "Y/N, wait!" he called, his voice cracking with emotion, his words barely audible over the rising wind.

As he touched me, my eye glowed yellow again, and electric sparks flashed through my vision. The morning sky darkened further, and the air thickened with electricity, the hairs on my arms standing on end. The café's patrons gasped, their faces pale and frightened. "Let me go, Yuji," I hissed, my voice barely audible over the storm brewing within me, my heart racing with fury.

Raindrops began to fall, pattering against the pavement like a thousand tiny drums, the smell of wet earth and ozone filling the air. Yuji's grip tightened, his eyes blazing with defiance. "No, I won't let you go," he declared. "Not until you listen to me." His voice vibrated with conviction. "I'd rather die than lose you," he vowed, his words echoing through the storm.
