Rimuru's POV:

Everyone had successfully evolved. The Goblins evolved into Hobgoblins and Goblinas and the Direwolves evolved into Tempest wolves.

The Hobgoblins now looked more human and they were all intelligent, the wolves also experienced as increase in intelligence.

Rigurd went from looking like he was gonna die any second to looking like a hunk that every girl dreams of. Rigur wasn't any different. Only a few didn't change much, example being Gobta.

Now we had to set some rules in order to avoid problems.

"I'd like you to uphold them at the very least. First no attacking humans unless you're attacked first. Second, no fighting amonst yourselves. Third, no belittling other races. That's it." I said.

With a bit of explanation they understood why I set the rules.

I then gave jobs to the Goblins. I assigned a team to keep watch over the surrounding area and a team to gather food. There wasn't any problem so to speak except; the shelter and clothing part of food, shelter and clothing.

I smiled "It is finally time to show the fruits of my labour. All those years of learning different occupations in my spare time will show their worth."

I decided to teach the goblins about building construction and clothing production. I created a clone that would teach clothing production while I taught building construction.

I created all the carpentry tools using [Material creation]. Then got to work.

With their increased intelligence, the Goblins easily learned what I taught and could apply the knowledge fairly well.

Our village was well on its way to being a town.

Two weeks in, four tribes of Goblins showed up, five hundred of them in total. Which meant that we had to move from here, since this place wasn't conducive for living. We needed a place with a water source and cleared land suitable for farming.

I decided that the area right nearby the cave was the most ideal. I accepted the Goblins since we needed more manpower. The problem was coming up with names.

Regardless, I named the goblins by just calling a name that came to mind.
The elders were named; Rugurd, Regurd, Rogurd and Lilina.

Rigurd was given the title of Goblin king, while the other four became Goblin lords.

With that out of the way, we set off towards a new land.

The forest was filled with the sounds of cutting wood and blacksmith’s hammer.

The foundation of a new city was being laid; and new houses are being built.

At first, to lay the plumbing, we had avoided building any houses, and it was but empty land.

For the water way, they redirected the water from the river. It’s under construction, but we plan on constructing a building for water pipe control. There, the water will be purified and distributed to every household.

As for drainage, it will be directed into an underground sewage. As it is made from wood, we decided to preserve it by hardening it in cement.

And, leading away from the city, it will end at a facility where it will be reprocessed into manure.
