Lightbulb sat down on her bed, opening up her laptop eagerly. She'd quickly open up the blog she and Fan ran, expecting a huge surge of popularity.

But there was barely anything.

A few five notifications, but nothing interesting. She'd frown, crossing her arms in defeat. When would their blog gain the traction it deserved? It had everything you'd need to know about Indefinite High.

But there was one video that was pretty well received. The one of Salt & Pepper beating down on some girls — the girls being Microphone and Soap. It had a couple of hundred views and a few comments.

Not bad.

'Damn, that's sick!'

'That's so sad.. are they okay?'

'Badass. Pretty badass.'

Some people enjoyed it, other people didn't. But it was gaining traction — she felt like maybe the video was a bit of an iffy start, but they had no ill intentions.

Right? No ill intentions.

Her phone began to ring, making her stumble over her pillows, and land onto the floor butt first.

She'd press the answer button, standing up properly to sit down on the bed again.

"Heya, Lightbulb speaking!"

"Hi, Lightbulb." Marshmallow would speak over the phone, the sound of running water in the background as she spoke.

Huh, it was Marsh. Lightbulb would perk up, her eyes sparkling as they always would when talking to someone on the phone.

"Are you taking a shower?" Lightbulb would ask, a tad bit confused about the running water in the background.

"What? No, I was washing my hands – nothing special.. just did some cooking." She'd hum out, closing over the tap.

"Ooohh, makes sense.. so, why are you calling? Not that you aren't allowed to call or anything, just kinda sudden." Lightbulb was curious about the phone call, and what it meant. But maybe there wasn't anything behind it.

"Just calling a friend. Paintbrush and Test-Tube are out on a date, Suitcase is most likely taking a nap, and Paper... I have no clue. Hasn't been answering my messages – so I called you since you're also my friend." Marshmallow explained, before starting another sentence.

"How's Fan? Is he getting on okay at the hospital?" She'd ask, peering into her oven at the dish she was making.

"He's alright, I guess. I'm going to see him tomorrow, so I can send you a photo!" Lightbulb was happy at the fact that she was going to see Fan tomorrow. She missed having him around at school, honestly.

"You're a good friend, you know." Marshmallow would sigh, a small smile on her face. Even though Marshmallow couldn't see it, she knew that Lightbulb was most likely beaming at the compliment.
