My head was still throbbing as mikasa helped me to my feet. "Are you alright? Were you hurt or something?" armin asked, standing next to me with concern in his eyes.

There was no point in telling them what I saw-it wouldn't change anything. Besides, there was no reason to burden them with it.

"I'm fine, just a little lightheaded for a moment. Sorry for making you worry," I replied, forcing a reassuring smile as I glanced between Mikasa, Armin, and Connie.

The strange Titan wasn't focused on us anymore. It seemed to be scanning the battlefield, almost like it was searching for other Titans to destroy.

"We need to move," Connie muttered, glancing nervously at the Titan. "Last thing we need is that thing coming our way."

"No, wait," Armin's voice was calm but firm beside me. "It's not reacting to us. Any other Titan would've attacked by now."

Mikasa's gaze sharpened as she watched the Titan's movements. "It's fighting with skill, like it understands hand-to-hand combat... What is that thing?"

Connie looked like he was about to respond, but something in me stirred, and before I could stop myself, I spoke up.

"It's not just a thing," I said, my voice low but steady. "That Titan... it's humanity's last hope for a future"

I paused for a moment, gathering my thoughts, "I know we have strong soldiers, but at the end of the day, we're all just human. And today's attack showed us one terrifying fact-Titans can kill us whenever they want. No matter how strong we are, it's never enough. They can wipe us out, one by one, until there's nothing left of us."

I glanced at each of them, the heaviness in my voice matching the fear in my heart. "If things keep going like this, humanity will be extinct. But that Titan... he's different. He's not like the others. He can fight back, turn the tide. He can give humanity the chance it needs to survive."

Mikasa nodded, just as I expected. I could always count on her to understand.

Now, not only would my friends survive this attack, but humanity itself had a future-all thanks to him, that strange Titan. I could only hope he would continue to fight. with that, I could finally face death without any lingering regrets.

"Come on, we still need to get out of here now!" connie yelled, already sprinting ahead, but armin halted him. "Wait, just a second! Their tanks are empty!" His voice was edged with panic as he gestured towards mikasa and me.
