GROUNDED BOYS REVENGE
INT. LA MANSION - DAY
MANIK, VIHAAN, and DEV sit on the couch, looking dejected.
KARAN: Boys, I’m serious about this grounding. You’ve crossed a line.
MANIK: But Chachu, they were so mean to us.
VIHAAN: Yeah, they always give us lectures.
KARAN: That doesn’t give you the right to run away from school.
DEV: We just wanted to get away from them.
PREETA: Enough, boys. You know better than this.
MANIK: (Muttering) We’ll show them.
The boys exchange glances.
CUT TO:
INT. SCHOOL - DAY
The three boys are sitting in class, looking bored.
TEACHER: Alright class, let’s move on to the next chapter.
The boys start whispering.
MANIK: (Whispering) We need a plan.
VIHAAN: (Whispering) I know. Let’s prank them.
DEV: (Whispering) How?
MANIK: (Whispering) We’ll fill their bags with balloons.
VIHAAN: (Whispering) Great idea!
Later that day, the boys sneak into the teachers’ lounge.
MANIK: (Whispering) Okay, let’s do it.
They start filling the teachers’ bags with balloons.
CUT TO:
INT. SCHOOL - DAY
The next day, the teachers arrive at school and open their bags.
BALLOONS POP OUT EVERYWHERE.
TEACHER 1: What’s going on?
TEACHER 2: My bag!
TEACHER 3: Mine too!
The students start laughing.
PRINCIPAL: (Arriving) What’s all the noise about?
The teachers point at the boys.
PRINCIPAL: (Angrily) You three! What have you done this time?
MANIK: (Smugly) We were just having some fun.
The principal sighs.
PRINCIPAL: This is the last straw. I’m going to call your parents again.
The boys look worried.
CUT TO:
INT. LA MANSION - DAY
KARAN and PREETA are sitting on the couch when the phone rings.
KARAN: (Answering) Hello?
PRINCIPAL: (On the phone) Mr. Luthra, it’s the principal from the school.
Karan’s face falls.
KARAN: (To Preeta) It’s about the boys again.
Preeta groans.
KARAN: (On the phone) Yes, principal, what is it?
PRINCIPAL: (On the phone) They’ve been causing trouble again. This time, they filled the teachers’ bags with balloons.
KARAN: (On the phone) I’m so sorry, principal. I’ll deal with them.
Karan hangs up.
PREETA: (Angrily) Those boys! They never learn.
KARAN: I know. We need to do something about this.
They both look at the boys, who are trying to look innocent.
KARAN: (Sternly) Boys, come here.
The boys walk over slowly.
KARAN: You’ve gone too far this time.
MANIK: But Chachu...
KARAN: No buts. You’re grounded for another week.
VIHAAN: (Whining) That’s not fair.
PREETA: It’s very fair. You need to learn your lesson.
The boys sigh in defeat.
MANIK: (Muttering) We’ll get you back, teachers.
The boys exchange knowing glances.
They even threatens to complain to their parents.
