Junny got ready for his usual meal with the girl named IU. Every few weeks he would meet at the department store in Gangnam and have a lunch. They met in February but reunited again in July and now every three weeks, he would get the exact same department store he could see her all over again.

He couldn't understand why he gets excited to see her. She was his celebrity crush for a long time. Back when he was a trainee, he would watch her perform. She was already a household name long before they became a global sensation.

But now that relationship between fan and celebrity, sunbae to hoobae was slowly fading. He was starting to become more open about being friends. They were more than just celebrity friends.

"Why do I feel so conflicted about this? Noona is only inviting to eat with lunch with her. I've done this a handful of times, but why am I so nervous? Is it because I will see her?" Junny checked himself to see if there was no flaw. He felt oddly self-conscious.

"You've been checking yourself for too long Junny. I think you are overthinking too much noona is just a friend. I don't think she cares so much what you wear." Jimin who helped Junny get watched sat behind him.

"Do you think so? I know she is still a major celebrity. Part of me is still shocked that I'm even friends with her."

"We're celebrities now Junny. It's normal to make friendships with other celebrities. We've earned our spot." Jimin replied.

"Things changed so much the past year. I wonder if this fame is a good thing to have." It was a lingering thought. This newfound status as a worldwide sensation is a lot of weight for Junny.

"Simply just be yourself. I think you're a great man and any other lady would love to be with you. She seemed to always be happy when she sees you." Jimin assured him.

"I'm going to head out for now try to keep Jungkook in good company." Junny saluted.

He left the dorms with a nervous heart as he drove where Jieun requested him to go. It appeared to be an American style restaurant in the Gangnam district. He could almost smell the aroma of fresh beef.

After entering the restaurant he saw IU sitting dressed in her usual blouse dress. Junny was beginning to think of her entire wardrobe consisted of them.

"Welcome Junny! I hope traffic wasn't too much." IU bowed formally.

"Thankfully it wasn't, just took a little longer to find a decent outfit. Looks like I'll have to be careful when I eat."

"Just put a napkin in front of you. That's what I do when I eat messy food. Come!" IU pulled out a chair for Junny to sit.

"So I checked out the song your group had the last week. It's a lot of energy, a little too much I might add. It reminds a bit of Bang Bang Bang."

"They were our sunbaes who inspired us. We just wanted to show our haters who we are. Our popularity has been a source of jealousy by other fandoms. I'm doing better in managing the sudden popularity. We might even rival the President at their rate." Junny joked.

"You just actually might. Other than EXO you also have Twice to contend. They have been growing a lot to even be called Korea's Girl group is no easy feat. I wouldn't be surprised if shipping material has been made. I still cannot fully wrap my head around the appeal of it but it may just not be for me." IU laughed.

"They're already shipping me with Wendy noona."

"Wait from Red Velvet!? Wow that is rich! I myself have managed to be out of the public eye but I worry the longer we are friends the more netizens will take notice. I can't already see a fanfiction about being written as we speak."
