"I'm finally here Noona!" Junny quicky got out the vehicle to reunite with his dearest crush.
"Thank goodness you're alright Hyeongjun-ah. It would be awful if the saesangs got to you. They have been a problematic bunch lately.
"I'm really sorry. I never intended to bring trouble. It's getting harder just to see you."
"Don't blame yourself, those maniacs will be there regardless if you in BTS or not. My face alone brings too much attention. It's the reason why our meetups tend to be away from the downtown capital. I honestly wish it didn't have to be this way. You're such a great guy and I always learn something when I'm with you." Jieun said.
Junny grinned after hearing such kind words. She always had a way with words.
"Let's enjoy ourselves today. There's a beach nearby, away from this." Jieun guided his hand once again towards God knows where.
Even though it was just the two of them Junny felt his mind a storm with all the discourse going on. He wanted to make it official, to go for her. Part of his conscious is fighting against itself over what to do. It always felt like Jieun was the one who pulled him in. It's honestly how they met. Jieun suggested they should eat lunch, Jieun recommended stores they could shop on private, it was Jieun who gave him advice in fashion, and it was Jieun who visited his birthday party.
Everything that has happened was because of Jieun. The three years of age and experience clearly shifted the balance of power in her favor. Junny was simply the acquaintance.
Even as the waves crashed against them Junny was amazed by her beauty. Her skin was porcelain clear, as if she were Korean royalty. Her hair grew considerably from her bob cut she originally had. Even without makeup was exceptionally beautiful.
Junny felt his heart clench. The pit in his chest was still evident.
"I can't just settle on being the passenger... I need to come clean with this... I can't keep lying to myself..." Junny thought. His put his knees to his chin in an attempt to ease his nerves.
"What seems to be matter Hyeongjun? You look like you're worried about something. You know you can tell me? There's no shame in being honest. Noona won't judge." Jieun smiled at him.
"I've been thinking for some time. I don't know how to put this... We have been friends for two years. Back when I first met, I never would imagine spending so much time together. Even though I was your fan you treated me as if I was your brother. Not once did it feel like you brushing me aside." Johnny was struggling to find the right word.
"What are you saying Hyeongjun? I'm not understanding what you are saying?"
"I'm saying that I enjoyed is being friends... But it would be nice if we went a little more." He held her hands gently as he looked directly at her.
"You mean the entire world to me noona... I've gotten through many adventures because of you, but I don't want to settle for being the passenger." He guided her hands towards his beating chest. It was then Jieun's face grew red.
"Saranghaeyo Jieun noona. I don't care what other people say about us!! I'm tired of running in circles over this! I'll fight every single person that tried to get in the way!! I want you to stay in my life, permanently because you mean the entire universe to me." Junny came clean.
Her mouth was wide open in shock at such a confession. She looked away.
"Wow... This is a lot to take in... Is this true Hyeongjun-ah?" Jieun asked in confusion.
