Just as I was about to break down in tears, a voice came from behind me: "LEAVE HER ALONE, YOU SLUTS."

It was Xavier, striding toward us with an unreadable expression, flanked by his men and Lucian. He wore a sharp dark blue suit, and it was clear he was headed out.

"Number 1, take your girls and get back to the Playwing. If I hear any of you speaking to Meera like that again, you'll answer to me, " Xavier's voice was low and dangerous as he pulled me close, wrapping his arm protectively around my shoulder.

The girls immediately straightened, bowing deeply in respect to him, though their eyes shot daggers at me before they slinked away.

"You just can't seem to avoid trouble, can you?" Xavier muttered, his intense gaze locking onto mine.

I looked down, whispering softly, "Sorry."

His hand tilted my chin up gently. "I'll be back late today. Lucian will stay with you. Don't give him a hard time babysitting you, and try to steer clear of more trouble, okay?" He gave a subtle nod to Lucian before walking away toward the sleek black car waiting for him at the side.

As Xavier disappeared, Lucian turned to me, a playful smile on his face. "Looks like it's just you and me, kiddo. So, what do you want to do today?" He asked, taking my hand as he led me back inside the mansion.

Xavier's POV:

After the storm Meera unknowingly stirred within me, I needed an outlet. That's when I made my way to the PLAYWING.

The PLAYWING was my private domain—a place filled with nothing but toys for my pleasure. It was stocked with whores whose only purpose was to satisfy me. They were nothing to me, just warm bodies for my use, a distraction from the chaos that lingered around me.

Last night had been wild—three of them at once, all submitting to my every command. The BDSM session was intense, just the way I liked it. I loved how eager they always were and how they indulged my darkest desires. Watching them with each other had been something else—a scene worthy of being caught on camera.

When morning came, I decided to check on Meera. As I entered her room, she was on her phone, but quickly sat up when she noticed me, her eyes filled with nerves.

"Princess, did you sleep well?" I asked, a smirk tugging at the corner of my lips.

I wondered if she remembered anything from last night, though from the way she fidgeted with her fingers, I could tell she was unsure.

"Did we...?" she asked hesitantly, her voice barely above a whisper.

It hit me then—she didn't remember a thing. I shook my head with a cold laugh. "You didn't get the honor of experiencing my INFAMOUS MONSTER DICK yet, princess."

The look on her face told me I had annoyed her, but that just made it more amusing. It was hard not to poke fun at her.

I glanced around her room, making sure there was no immediate threat. My tone shifted to something more serious as I said, "Anyway, you're not safe out there yet. With Marcus and his men still making moves, you'll be staying here at the estate, under Lucian's watch, with the staff. No exceptions."

I turned to leave but stopped at the doorway, tempted to tell her I was glad she was safe. The words stayed stuck in my throat, so instead, I left without saying anything, closing the door quietly behind me.

After I freshened up, took a shower, and slipped into a sharp blue suit, I headed downstairs for breakfast. I had already instructed the head maid to send Meera's breakfast to her room—after everything that happened last night, she definitely needed that privacy.

As I ate and discussed business with Lucian, focusing on Kai Parker, I suddenly heard strange voices coming from the back of the mansion. Curiosity got the better of me, and along with Lucian and our men, I followed the sounds until I saw her—Meera.

She was surrounded by a group of whores who were picking on her and bullying her.

How dare they bully my Meera? How dare they compare her to their level?

Fury surged through me as I stormed toward them, shouting, "LEAVE HER ALONE, YOU SLUTS!"

Once they backed off, I turned to Meera, gently reminding her not to stir up more trouble and to stay with Lucian. Nodding to Lucian, I left her under his watch and made my way to the sleek black car waiting for me.

As I settled into the car, my thoughts drifted toward Kai Parker. Convincing him to meet again had been no easy feat. After hours of negotiation, my men finally managed to reschedule a meeting, but it hadn't been simple.

This was a rare opportunity—an alliance with Kai was crucial if we wanted to crush those Italians. And after what they did to Meera last night, eliminating their entire group had become my top priority.

The car made a sharp turn, stopping in front of my office, where the meeting with Kai was set to happen in an hour.

Taking a deep breath, I stepped out as Marco opened the door for me. The sharp click of my shoes on the tiled floor echoed through the hallway, and everyone I passed bowed deeply, clearing the way.

Once inside my office, my thoughts returned to Meera—her tear-streaked face, the terror in her eyes, and most of all, Dante's mocking expression. He had humiliated her... humiliated me. There was no way I would let that go unpunished.

I began pacing around, mentally mapping out my strategy. Forming an alliance with Kai would be the key to obliterating those Italian bastards once and for all.

My mind was racing with plans when Viktor, my second in command, entered, bowing deeply before speaking in a low, professional tone, "They're here, boss."

The time had come. This meeting would change everything.
