Blair

"I'm telling you the picture was here last time I searched her name" I explain to Tiff as I click through the search engine trying to find the blog.

It doesn't make any sense.

I've searched for the blog, which is gone too. The Charity event which seems as if it never existed. All trace of it is gone, as if I've just completely imagined it.

I know I wasn't feeling too great at the time but there is absolutely no way I hallucinated seeing that photo. Hell, those dead eyes of hers have practically been haunting me every night.

"Why do you even care?" Tif replies still scrolling through her phone as she lounges back on her couch, not paying any interest in any of this at all. "You didn't seriously think you were the only girl they've done this with did you?" She scoff's completely dismissing me.

I don't know what it is with her at the moment, but the comments she keeps making are so snide and unneeded. I don't get it at all. She was the one that told me to go for this whole arrangement, yet she's done nothing but comment negatively about it.

At first, I thought it was because she was pissed, I couldn't share any of the details with her. Being funny with me because she was concerned but I don't think that's the case anymore. She doesn't seem to show any concern at all, it's more like she's jealous and that doesn't make any sense to me at all.

"I don't care about the fact they've done this with others before, I just want to know what happened to her" I explain, trying to keep my voice even and my frustration out of my tone.

I haven't told her about what I heard Henley say, mainly because I don't think I can trust her not to spread it. So, I kind of get why she doesn't seem to get why I would want to know this information but then I had thought as my friend she would show the slightest bit of interest.

She finally looks up from her phone and arches a brow at me, her attitude evident before she's even said a word. "Seriously? Honestly Blair, what do you think happened? They got bored of her. Like they'll get bored of you and move onto the next one" she sighs rolling her eyes.

Slamming my laptop shut I glare at her. "What the hell is your problem?" I snap.

"Honestly, Blair, I don't know why I bother" she retorts, crossing her arms defensively. "I'm just trying to make you understand the situation here." She leans back, her expression hardening, as if daring me to argue. "You think they cared about her? Or will care about you?" She scoffs. "Oh you're so naive, like I said before they're just in it for the thrill. Once the excitement fades, you'll be old news and once that happens, you'll end up right where you started, in your dingy apartment, with nothing and you'll have to go back to escorting with me because that's all your good for."

For a moment I just stare at her completely dumbfounded by the words that have just spewed out of her mouth with so much malice.

"What?" she asks with a shrug as if my expression is completely unfounded. "Don't look so offended. You've spent all this time turning your nose up at what I do yet here you are opening your legs for money"

I genuinely feel like I've just been slapped in the face. "I have never once judged you!" I blurt out honestly because it's the truth, I have never judged her or thought less of her for anything that she's done.

"Well, I'm judging you" she replies. "Perfect little Blair who never put a foot wrong in her life" she scoffs shaking her head. "Oh wait that was until you offed daddy"
