"He won't shut up about you!" Ino sighed. You blushed, Shikamaru talked about you.
You had found out recently that Ino and Shikamaru were teammates and that they had a third teammate named Choji you hadn't met yet.
"You know, I think he has a crush on you." Ino suggested.
You blinked, surprised. You had never thought about it before, having a crush or liking someone a little more than a friend. You had never even let that thought past your mind.
You looked down, it wouldn't matter, how could someone even keep a relationship with you? The fact that your bound to this field doesn't help anything.
"Hey!" Ino interrupted your thoughts. "You okay?" She asked concerned. You smiled gently at her, "Yeah..."
Ino smiled back, "You know who's really cute." You looked at her with a interested expression. "Who?" You asked.
She sighed dreamily, "Sasuke Uchiha." You flinched in surprise to the familiar name. "But I doubt he likes me," The Yamanaka expressed sadly.
You patted her back, trying to comfort her. "Sasuke isn't the only cute guy in the world, there are hundreds more that I bet would like you!" Ino's expression lifted up at your words.
"Thanks (Y/n)," She paused looking up at the sky. "I guess were a little to young to talk about this right now... but its nice to dream." You giggled, "Yeah."
