Two lines.

And then four.

Four turned into six.

All three sticks had those same two lines. Each one a strike to his sane mind, marking it deeply with a sense of panic and foreboding. Jungkook knew what it meant, not only was he now responsible for his life but the one growing inside of him as well.

How would he do this? He couldn't be a single father, he could barely take care of himself, and now to add a baby into it?

The tears didn't leave him, they kept with him, a company he couldn't avoid. His life had been uprooted and flipped around in only a matter of two months. Two months is how far along he figured he was. Cursing himself and wishing to go back to that night, or even that morning afterwards. He shouldn't have run as he did. Thinking back to when he woke up in an unknown room, an arm around his middle and a breath hitting his shoulder. He ran then, didn't look at the other male, dressed quickly while wincing and trying to overcome the burning sensation striking his lower back before running away.

He was ashamed of himself, getting drunk and having his first time ever with a stranger. So he ran and didn't look back. Only now he was wishing that he had. If he did, he would demand the other participant to take responsibility, he had given the other male something that no one else could claim and the male had given him something back in return.

Now he was sitting in a doctors office alone with his thoughts while he waited to be called. Looking down at his stomach he curled his hand around it, finding it fascinating that something was changing inside of him. Soon a little baby would be in there, it already was but maybe now it was possibly a small little bean, a little bean that would grow and grow until it had no more room to do so. Then it would be out in the world and Jungkook was sure the little bean would become his whole world.
