As days passed, Raj and his team found no leads. The number that had texted her was untraceable, and there were no signs of forced entry in her apartment. Still, the feeling of being watched only grew stronger.

Aanya began questioning herself. Was Raj right? Could this all be in her head?

She started therapy, hoping to find clarity. But even as she sat in the therapist's office, recounting her fears, something nagged at her. There was one piece of the puzzle that didn't fit—the sense that someone, or something, was watching her closely.

One night, she received another text.

  Unknown: You're not alone, Aanya.

Her hands shook as she dialed Raj's number, but this time, there was no immediate response. Panic set in as she paced around her apartment. Who could be doing this to her? Why hadn't they found the person responsible yet?

  Then, her phone buzzed again.

Another text, but this time it wasn't from an unknown number. It was Rohan.

Rohan: I never left, Aanya. You think you're free, but I'm always here. I know you better than anyone else ever will.

Her breath hitched as she stared at the message, her blood turning to ice. Rohan was locked away—Raj had assured her of that. But if that was true, how had he managed to contact her? Was someone else working with him, or was this another one of his sick games?
