But Crystal was in no mood to decorate her new home.
Since she moved into Blue Mountain, people sent Crystal all kinds of delicious food and clothes every day. She lived very well. Blue Mountain was very big, with a front hall, main hall, and living rooms, and countless elegant decorations. Even though Crystal had lived a good life in the Ford family, she was still shocked by such low-key luxury.
Her bed was big and soft, and she no longer had to squeeze into a small cubicle to take a shower like before. She had to use a showerhead and worry about running out of hot water while taking a shower. But she still inexplicably missed the time she lived with Nick.
She didn't have to worry about running out hot water in her previous small apartment, but the bathtub was too small. Crystal didn't mind it, as she was not the type of person who needed to stretch her limbs while taking a bath. But some people do. Brandon disliked it so much that he wanted to buy another one, but the bathroom was too small to fit another one in.
Later, Brandon was so angry that he wanted to turn the bedroom into a bathroom.
"These are all things of the past," Crystal smiled. Her current personal butler is Butler James, and she has four servants who are about her age. Although Crystal doesn't know what these servants do, does she need others to serve her when she eats and takes a bath? Crystal doesn't understand. Even a rich lady like Selena has never lived such a life.
Rather than being a servant, he was more like someone who guarded her.
Thinking of this, Crystal dismissed the large group of people in Blue Mountain.
Only Lily is left.
Perhaps to make up for the wrong "gift" before, Brandon asked someone to send her a puppy in a cage. It was very small, but from a long distance away, she could hear the little thing barking restlessly in the cage, shouting "werwerwer".
Crystal opened the cage.
Inside was a little beagle, who looked very mean and had a bad temper. He bit Crystal's trouser leg with his little teeth.
Crystal grabbed its neck and lifted it up.
The more she looked at it, the more she felt that the puppy looked like Brandon.
They all like to call her, they all like to pester her, they all like to mess up her life.
Crystal put the puppy into the cage somewhat helplessly.
Lily came over at the right time.
"Miss Ford, why don't you give the puppy a name?" Crystal said calmly, "Call him Bebe."
Lily didn't say anything else.
She put the puppy into the cage and added some dog food to it. The puppy stopped barking while eating and seemed to be quite well-behaved.
If she lets Brandon "eat" something she likes, will he behave himself and stop making trouble for her?
Crystal touched the puppy's head, not knowing what she was thinking.
"When can I leave?" Lily didn't say anything.
Crystal was patient.
"Mr. Spencer said that I can leave when I recover. When can I leave?"
Lily still didn't say anything.
She considered it was normal if no one paid attention to her. Anyway, her legs were on her own, so she would run if she could.
Crystal was wearing a hospital gown and Lily was wearing slippers. No one stopped her when she walked out of the bedroom. She looked back in disbelief, then walked into the main hall and foyer, and still no one stopped her.
Was she free to go?
She continued to walk in disbelief. No one stopped her after she left Blue Mountain. Lily followed her from a distance and had no intention of interfering with her. This made Crystal even more bewildered.
But the Blue Mountain was too big and she soon got lost.
Lily followed at the right time.
"Miss Ford, are you tired? There is a pavilion over there. You can go there to rest for a while."
Crystal remembered her name.
"Hello, Lily,"
"I want to leave Blue Mountain now."
Lily smiled but said nothing.
Crystal thought she would react like this.
"Okay, give me my phone back, that should be fine."
Lily turned around and signaled.
After a while, someone brought a tray with a mobile phone on it.
Crystal was amused by their strange behavior. She felt it was totally inexplicable and thought she had accidentally entered the set of a costume film. However, she soon stopped laughing.
Because her phone was still the same one, but all the contacts and call records in it had been deleted.
She decided not to pursue these matters for the time being and to leave the Snow Pavilion as soon as possible. She opened the map software, but the picture that should have detailed the route was blank.
"Blue Mountain is a private residence. The detailed information here cannot be included in the map software."
Lily smiled, revealing a perfect smile showing eight teeth.
Crystal:...
...
Ben had almost memorized the route to Blue Mountain, but Harry insisted on following him.
"I said I remember the way. I was just going to my brother's house to decorate his room. Why did you have to follow me?" Ben asked.
Harry smiled, "A new batch of young trees has been brought into Mountain recently. I was afraid that they might bump into you, so I accompanied you."
Ben raised an eyebrow, not believing what he said.
"It was my fault last time. I apologized to my brother, but he has been indifferent."
"Harry, do you think my brother is angry with me and blames me?" Ben asked.
Harry smiled, "If you stop getting in trouble, your brother won't be mad at you anymore."
Forcing Ben not to find a partner would be like asking for his life. He stopped talking and walked forward on his own.
Blue Mountain is usually very quiet. Brandon rarely stays here. He is typically busy and sometimes resides in another place. The servants here are not ordinary people but Brandon's confidants.
Ben was walking when he suddenly heard footsteps.
