An Illicit Affairs

-The Meeting-

THe next night 

-Jaeun's pov- 

I was fixing myself up inside my room while my brother Hyunjae was chilling there. 

You look pretty nice for once. Hyunjae teased 

Dude I am scared shitless. I am losing my damn mind. I said 

Why? Hyunjae asked

What if the guy is a jerk? or maybe he is cocky as fuck. I said 

Or maybe you guys might end up hitting it off? Hyunjae said 

Or maybe he is some entitled rich brats who thinks he owns me and make me submit to him using money. there are so many possibilities bro. I said

Listen sis. Hyunjae said putting his hands on my shoulder. You don't have to marry him if you don't want to. Who knows you guys might actually get along but you are not fit for marriage or any romance at all. just say no to marriage. okay. Hyunjae said

But what if dad forced me into marrying him or what if they already finalized the date for the marriage. I said 

Look sis. he cant control everything in your life. if you don't want to well they have to accept the fact that you don't want to. Hyunjae said

I know but what if i make dad angry or the guy might be some guy with fragile ego who can't take no for an answer. I said

Stand your ground okay stay true to yourself and don't let them push you around. okay? Hyunjae said

MMH okay. i will. I said 

Okay now lets go face them. Hyunjae said and walked out with me. 

As we arrived at the dining table I was greeted by my father. 

Ah there you are Jaeun. Meet Mr. and Mrs. Choi this is their son Minho. Dad said 

I smiled politely at them trying to hide the thoughts swirling in my mind. 

Ahh Jaeun nice to meet you. you're really pretty. Minho said 

Nice to meet you too. I said my voice barely above a whisper while looking at the ground trying to hide the fact that i am distracted by the thoughts of My father's rival's son Lee Heeseung.

I kept telling myself to focus but i just can't help it. his smile. his appearance his personality everything about him makes me feel so weak in my knees. 

Jaeun.. Minho called out to me.

Huh? I responded

You okay? Minho asked

Yea i'm fine just something on my mind. I said 

Ahh that's fine. stuff can get us pretty distracted at times. Minho said 

Yeah.. I said 

Don't worry though. I'm not here to pressure you in to anything at all. I'm just here to get to know you better. Minho said

Yeah thanks. I said 

So Jaeun.. what do you loke to do for fun? Minho asked

I play sports with my brothers and sometimes i would read books. I said 

Sports? what kind of sports? Minho asked

Badminton and Basketball or sometimes we play volleyball with our cousins. I said 

Really? Minho said

Yeah. we hang out like that. play sports and talk with each other with things. usually tease each other with our crushes. I said
