Practice ended and I drove home deciding that I would just order in. I've been thinking about what KB said so I didn't want to stop anyways.
"she wouldn't leave with out getting a proper goodbye would she?" I asked myself.
I hope I know her like I think I do. I drove by KB house and her car well her rental wasn't there so if it's not at my house then she really did leave.
I got to my house and pulled into the driveway. The rental wasn't there. She really did leave.
I got out of my car and grabbed my belongings walking in. I could tell she had cleaned up and all but I'd rather her still be here.
I got my phone out and texted her. Everything always starts getting weird after someone asks you out.

I propped my phone and FaceTimed her. She could tell I had an attitude by the look on my face.
"why you got that nasty ahh look on yo face?" She asked me in her sexy modern tone.
"because why you leave today." I said wanting a genuine answer.
"I normally wasn't set to leave until 2 more days. But then something happened with my birth giver so I had to come see bout her." She said.
"well if you would've told me that, then maybe this could've happened better." I said side eyeing the camera.
"is she sickly or is this just now happening?" I asked her.
"she's sickly but it's never got to a point where it's like okay I need to be in the intensive care unit." She said.
I could hear the hurt in her voice. And honestly me being a girlfriend for only a second time, I don't know how to console. Or not that good, especially long distancing.
"did they say what's wrong with her?" I asked.
"not yet. But she's been in the icu for 3 days and it took my siblings 3 days to tell me." She said visibly upset.
"I think she's gonna be okay. If she's been sickly and she's still pulling through." I said. I hope those were the right words.
"anyways enough the sappy talk. How was the flight?" I asked her.
"a**. I was stuck next to a lady and her fat ahh crybaby ahh baby, p*ssed me off. Then she was acting like she couldn't shut the thing up." She said making my mouth drop.
"baby that's not nice." I said still shocked.
"I ain't say it to be nice." She said making me laugh.
