#16 - Troll

Jimin developed a deep furrow in his brows as he eyes suspiciously to his left and right. Seokjin was abnormally quiet and so does his Hyung, Jungkook. The pertinent question was why his Hyung sitting on the same dining table as them. Voluntarily. Hmm... did something happened between these two?

Jimin: Hyung? 

JK: What?

Jimin: Why are you here?

JK: This is my house. Why are you here?

Jimin: Pfft. To meet Jinnie. Duh.

Funny thing is, Seokjin would usually chimed in to back him up. But now he felt betrayed as though they were keeping some secret and he needs to know. Let's try again. 

Jimin: Hyung? You're not working today?

JK: I'm working from home.

Jimin: Wow! All these years we've been telling you to work from home especially during pandemic and you said no! Suddenly you worked from home?

JK: I could've gone but I was awake all night. Thanks to someone.

Jimin: Why? Jinnie? Are you in pain again?

Jin: Huh? No. I'm not! 

Jimin: Then why are you both awake at night?

JK: Why are you so nosey on married couple things?

Seokjin couldn't help but blushed hearing the word married couple. Jimin on the other hand saw Seokjin's reaction and gasped.

Jimin: Jinnie! The doctor said not to overexert yourself! You're supposed to recuperate!!

Jin: Jiminie! I did! I really slept like a baby afterwards. See. I'm energised right now!

Jungkook chuckled himself seeing the two besties. Obviously they're not on the same wavelength. He was feeling a bit mischievous. So he decided to tease the two besties even more. Well, serve his brother right for being too nosey.

JK: Yeah... he was so energetic that he screamed in shower. Oh I forgot, you're the vocal type babe~ *wink*

Jin: It's because you're nake-

JK: Come on babe. It's not like its the first time~

Jin: Erm... well...

Jimin: OKAY!!! ENOUGH OF TMI!!! I GET IT NOW!!!

Jin: Jiminie~ Why are you shouting? There's really-

JK: Babe. I doubt he wants to listen how you get down-

Jimin: WE ARE NOT HAVING THIS CONVERSATION!!! 

Jimin fanned himself as he couldn't believe what he has heard. His pure Seokjin has been tainted by his Hyung. Then again, isn't that good news? I mean they're a couple after all. Isn't that what a married couple would do? Wait a minute. Does that mean his Hyung is a...

Jimin: Hyung! You...?

JK: What is it Jimin?

Jimin: You're officially gay now! 

JK: Wow. You guys should really go back to school. You're both not exactly smart huh?

Jimin: Rude!

Jin: Hey! I'm not a dumb dumb! You're the dumb dumb!

Jimin: Awwww~ Jinnie~ The way you say its shoo cute~~ Dumb dumb~

Jin: Ohh... you know I got it from watching a show~ It's so funny and cute!

Jimin: Shall we watch together? I missed watching shows with you Jinnie~

Jungkook shook his head in disbelief. As the two continues to chat, he retreated to continue working on looking through the contracts in the study room.

Seokjin kept tossing and turning on bed. He couldn't sleep and blamed it on his abnormal sleeping routine the past two days. 

JK: Stop moving and go to sleep.

Jin: It's not like I don't want to. But I can't.

JK: You need to adjust your sleeping time. Else you and I would have difficulty reporting to work.

Jin: You can't sleep too?

JK: I can sleep... if you're not moving.

Seokjin turns his body to face him and Jungkook without opening his eyes knew very well Seokjin is looking at him right now with his eager eyes.

Jin: You wanna know something?

JK: No.

Jin: Mommy have a nice voice and she always sings me to sleep~ 

JK: Call Mommy then.

Jin: It's late though. I don't want to disturb her.

JK: You're disturbing-

Jin: Can you sing for me? 

Jungkook had a peak and Seokjin was looking at him with puppy eyes, puppy face and that puppy pout. Cute puppy. Puppy, what the fuck is wrong with me?

Jin: Phleeaseeee~

JK *sigh*: I'm not good at singing.

Jin: I can't judge if you don't try.

JK: I should go back to sleeping on the couch.

Jin: Hmmph! Fine go.

Seokjin slumped his back to the mattress showing his disgruntlement. Jungkook moves slightly as though he really wants to leave, but then he smiled when he felt a hand holding his arms to pull him back to bed.

Jin: You don't have to go. It's your bed. I'll... I'll keep quiet.

Seokjin turns to the side and stays true to his words. He didn't make anymore movements or sounds to Jungkook's surprise. He won. Yet. He felt like he didn't win the battle. 

It was quite a lonely night...

Seokjin heart fills with warmth the moment he heard Jungkook sings. He remains in his position, as he intently listened to his husband's melodic voice. Who would have known. Seokjin slowly closes his eyes as he feels the songs progresses.

In the blink of an eye, the dark faded out
Blooming under the sunlight
Memories with me and you

All these lights are colored in by you
All these times are precious due to you
Four seasons have passed with you
Four scents were left 'cause of you

Jungkook stopped singing as he heard the soft snores coming from Seokjin. He looked up on the ceiling and unknowingly let out a smile. 

JK: What am I doing?
