Chapter 3

*Olivia's Pov *
My eyes were tightly shut and I was trying to figure out where I was without opening my eyes. I had a real bad headache and I could already kinda tell that the room was bright. There was a few whispers so I know I'm not alone and there was a steady beeping sound. Wait I remember I passed out I'm in the hospital. I opened my eyes slowly and waited a moment for my eyes to adjust to the bright room. Once my eyes adjusted I realized I was in a small white room with a doctor and a nurse.
"Oh ur awake I didn't think you'd wake up that quick"said the doctor. Idiot isn't he supposed to be smart . Doctors act like they know everything but they don't. That is only one of the reasons why I hate doctors,nurses, and hospitals there is a whole list of reasons why I hate them.
"Who brought me here" I said with some attitude.
The doctor rolled his eyes and said "two stupid greasers and there's a whole bunch waiting out there for you. but you can't have visitors yet"
What he said made me worried , made my blood boil, and it made heart swell weird right. Two sentences can cause so much emotion. My blood was boiling because (1) my doctors a dumb soc (2) he insulted who I was and all my friends.Greasers fucking RULE! (3) why the hell am I not allowed to have visitors. If him and some nurse lady can be in my room why can't people I actually care about be in my room. My heart swelled when he said a lot of people were out there for me.Did people actually care about me? This statement also worried me because who else was here was it my parents ? Steve and soda? They had to be the ones who brought me here so did they stay ? CRAP.IS THE WHOLE GANG HERE? Oh I hope it's just Johnny. Johnny doesn't want me to meet the gang he's gotta have a good reason so I don't want to meet the gang.
I soon remembered the bitchy doctor.
"Why can't I have visitors?"i finally replied
"Because you fainted and you are hurt . It's better if you have no disturbances." He replied obviously annoyed.
"If I can't have any disturbances then why are you here? Your disturbing my peace get out!" I replied with sass.
He grumbled something and walked out.
"Grease huh" the nurse said.
" Yeah what's it to ya" I grumbled.
"No don't worry I'm a grease to" she smiled gave me some medicine and walked out. Ok maybe there is only one nurse I like then. It was kinda cool to see that greasers do have hope, she's got a good job maybe I could too, maybe we all could.
"I'll do what I want, when I want!" I heard someone yell. Wait a minute that wasn't just a someone..JOHNNY! Johnny's shy so I'm proud of him for whoever he is sticking up too. I soon realized he was yelling to the doctors about the ' no disturbance ' shit when he walked into to my room.I smiled.
"JOHNNY!" I screamed
"Oh liv" he sighed and sat down next to my bed. liv is my nickname from him I call him Johnnycake most of the time.
He grabbed my hand and held it before he said " I'm so sorry this happened to you I'm such a bad big brother" he said regretfully.
"You stop it right now Johnnycake I'm the luckiest girl in the world to have a big brother like you besides you did nothing wrong it was my fault" I comforted him.
"You got beat by socs and Dad and I wasn't there to help. Plus now the gang knows about you, you will be more exposed to the greaser vs soc violence" he shed a tear.
I wiped it away quickly and said "hey we have got through a lot together we can get through this too, together as a family" I said with a smile.
"Together as a family" he repeated smiling also.
"Speaking of the gang.... Well they sorta wanna meet ya. Is that ok? It's totally fine if you don't. He said worriedly getting a little flustered.
" It's fine Johnnycake." I sighed. "bring them in."
He got up went out the door and came back seconds later with a bunch of loud Boys. I wonder how my shy Johnny gets along with them. I laughed to myself.
"Did you see how Johnny talked to that doctor. Man I never heard him speak so loud." I heard some guy with a New York accent say.
Soon six tough looking greasers walked in. I remembered two as Soda and Steve but I had not clue who the rest of them were.
"Woah Johnny your kid sister is hot"
"Shut up two-bit. There will be no dating my kid sister" Johnny stated. I giggled when I heard a few groans after that. I couldn't make fun of them for groaning I internally groaned. Hey some of them are pretty good looking .
"He speaks up again. Good for you Johnny."the one with the New York accent said and then patted Johnny on the back. I'm getting the vibe Johnny is very shy around them.
"So are you gonna introduce us Johnny or we gonna grow old not knowing each others name?" I sassed.
" Ok ok calm down. Boys this is my kid sister Olivia she is 15."( I changed her age to 15 swwy). There was a chorus of hellos and I softly replied with a simple "hi". "Olivia this is Ponyboy who Is 14, Soda who is 16, Steve who is 17, Dallas who is 17, Two-bit who is 18, and Darry who is 20." ( I might have changed their ages sorry). I smiled again and waved.
"So when do you get out kid?" Dallas said.
"hmm good question. HEY!" I screamed at my doctor that walked by.
He walked back and said "what do you want?"
"When do I leave this hellhole?" I asked. The boys chuckled at me sassing the soc doctor.
"As soon as your guardian signs you out" he's spit out and quickly left.
Guardian?!?
"shit"
