After the white blinding light obscured his vision, Archni opens his eyes he finds himself in a place that is all out white as he felt lost and loneliness from it.
He then hears someone sipping tea and Archni looks to see his past-self sitting and seemed to be expecting him, as he speaks. "You're here. Finally at last, I have been waiting."
Archni: How... No! This must be some trick from the Tethys system!
No, this is no trick. This is a mind space, mine or rather should I say yours.
Archni: You're...
Chuxian: I am Chuxian, I been called many names to Lord Arbiter, the one who was documented as of legend. The Astral Modulator, leader of the Black Bhores. Or you may know me as your former self.
Archni: How is this possible?
Chuxian: To put it simply, I died.
Archni: Then how did you–I died and why left this world.
Chuxian: That's best to ask for another time, now I wank to talk about the ShoreKeeper.
Archni: What of her? She's gone! Became part of the Tethys's core! She gave herself for me!
Archni angrily said to his former self as he waited for him to calm down, then Chuxian says to him. "She's not gone, not entirely."
Archni: What did you say?
Chuxian: She's still in the blackhole, at the process of falling. Not fully enough to be integrated yet.
Archni: You're meaning there's still a chance?
"Yes." After hearing that, Archni put some thought and question Chuxian, of what came up in mind.
"If you're so sure, then tell me why did the Tethys need a host to begin with? That it's between us and ShoreKeeper or anyone else?"
Chuxian: Since the lament at Guixu and the aftermath, I was at my lowest point and once I discovered what the Tethys system needs. I couldn't allow to go through the only outcomes that were presented to me, in so I seek for another solution.
Archni: Solution? Solution for what?
Chuxian: That's not for I to say, you should learn that from ShoreKeeper herself. Once you save her.
Archni: You're asking me to save her, for you?
Chuxian: I'm not asking you to do it for my sake, I'm saying it for yours.
Archni thinks on it and decides that it's what he would want after going through, of where he is now. "Okay. Then how do I get out of this place and return back to the real world?"
"Easy, Arise." Chuxian says and touch Archni's forehead which he felt his body being moved spiritually upward. Alongside of remembering the meaning of his old name, Arise. As he then hears his former self says. "We will speak again after you save the ShoreKeeper, now go."
Archni was transported back to the real world knowing what he has to do.
