** Everyone slept well throughout the night, Charlotte and Niccolas woke up once... for a dirty diaper at two thirty five in the morning.. Maya was the one who got up and changed their diapers ! Carina needed to get a decent amount of sleep so she could help as many of Jo's patients properly, Jo will come to work but only for a few hours.. she's going to explain who's got what critical condition and who needs to be seen first etc ... the kids are going back to school and daycare today... so Maya will be alone all day... it's now 6h24 in the morning and Carina hopped in the shower and washed her hair... she blew dried it all up and rocked a high ponytail today , She helped her wife by getting everything ready for the kids... their first day back to school... snow pants and everything like that... it had snowed a lot over the past three days... **

6h43 am

** Carina headed to the kitchen and grabbed a croissant and made herself a cup of coffee and read the news on her phone like she always does before going to work or doing anything else... she left a " have a good day " note to her kids and wife ... and she even decided to pump her milk and put it in the fridge for later..**

10h32 am

Jo : okay so my next patient would have been Kacey , seventeen years old, 37 weeks pregnant with a stillborn baby.... And it's her fifth baby... she's coming with her husband Peter..

Carina: oh my goodness, I was expecting anything BUT THAT..

I'm sorry... I don't know why I'm getting emotional about this... I'm sorry!!

** she whipped her tears away with her left hand  and had her right hand on her hips.**

Josephine : don't be sorry... I can deliver her baby if you prefer.. I know it's bringing a lot of pain and flashbacks to when you lost Juliette ! See this is why I came here to help you through this.. and tell you which patient needed what medical care..

Carina: Hrmmm , it's okay, I can do it ! I'll put my brave face on and go help her out.. prepare a grieving box with everything she needs so she can go home with the things we give her today, the receiving blanket.. a stuffed teddy bear and a blue or pink hat... trust me they are going to cherish everything you put into that box Jo ! And I'm doing this so you can have a successful and un stressful two weeks at home...

Josephine: Alright thanks... ouhhh I'm really excited to go see a potential home for us !
Carina: really? That's awesome! In what neighborhood?

Josephine: Yours ... we have been debating whether to go with a bigger house with four bedrooms or if we want more children in the future we'd always have to move away and we don't want that for our kids... and we saw a house nearby your house...

Carina; that's wonderful... I hope you have the house you really want.. and we have a really wonderful neighborhood.. except for one neighbor .. she's a KAREN ! She thinks she's above the law and pisses everyone off ! Ughhhhh.

But other than that it's a good neighborhood! Are you going to look at any houses today?

Josephine : yea , at 12h45 and the second house we're going to see is still in your neighborhood and it's not until 16h o clock today so I'm going to help you with the patients and then go to the first house viewing and then come back to work and then leave here around three thirty and then probably head home and get some rest...

Carina: Alright, that's sound like a wonderful plan.. I really want you to have your beautiful identical twin girls full term... or extremely close to being full term and getting rest .. is the only way to do that..

Josephine : yea , I know, thank you.. you're such a wonderful friend and person and I'm lucky to have you as my boss and colleague but most importantly I'm very grateful and happy to have you as a friend Carina ! Thank you for everything!
