Sunday January 5 th 2025

** it's the middle of the night and Carina is up with Niccolas , she's rocking him back to sleep in his room and she's also giving him some breast milk.. for now she's not in any pain soooo it's a win . She has no idea what she's going to go through though.. whatever movement she's going to make will be painful... VERY PAINFUL... and that's what she's not anticipating.. but luckily she's not going back to work until October.. when her final parental leave is over.... Maya is going to be with her wife during her muscle—— she even looked online for a personal chiropractor to come to their house every week to give her some pain relief.. because Maya is going to do her very best but she's not a professional chiropractor... but in the meantime she's going to be doing her wife's lower back massage.... Around six in the morning Niccolas was finally asleep.. so Carina carefully put him in his crib and then tipped toed out of his room and went back to her room and laid down on her pregnancy pillow... and she fell asleep immediately. Everyone was awake by nine o clock... including Carina... the kids were playing in their playroom... Carina was coming downstairs and she could start feeling a muscle spasm coming **

9h03 am

Carina: babe ,
Maya : yes my love ?

I can make you breakfast babe!

Carina: ohhhh that would be really lovely... I still don't know how long I can stand up until I'm hit with a muscle spasm...

Maya : I know... it's okay!! I'm very happy to take care of you... as long as you will need me to do anything for you... I will!

Carina: hrmmmmk thank you!

Puhhhh ahhhhhh , I'm going to have a muscle spasm in a few minutes... yeppppp

** she turned around and held onto the stairs railing and she couldn't resist lifting her feet off the floor.... She couldn't move her body during a spasm... luckily she has them for thirty seconds**

Alessandro: good morning momma ! How are you doing today?

Carina: hrmmmmmm good morning Alessandro, I'm doing okay... okay thank goodness it's gone !

Maya : how long was it for babe?

Carina: I'd say thirty five seconds... it's not too bad !
Maya: okay now come here and sit down on the couch and relax as much as you can please ..

Carina: uhhh fine ..

** Violet and Scarlett were really worried about their momma... even though they were eves dropping on her and Addison's conversation they still had a lot of questions to ask... so they were just behind Carina who was walking slowly from the stairs railing to the living room... **

Violet and Scarlett: momma , can we ask you a few questions about what Addison told you yesterday??

Carina: hi girls, of course you can always ask me about anything... come sit down next to me so I won't have to yell the answer.... What do you want to ask me?

Violet : welllll uhhhhh , we understand a few things about what Addison said to you yesterday but some things are a little bit blurry for us ..

Scarlett: what did Addie say exactly!
Carina: she said that I would most likely have to have a lower half body massage every night for four weeks and see how it goes after that.... .. and to do an ice bath once a week for an hour... and that my back muscles are really inflamed and every movement I make is going to be really hard to do.. so I have to be really careful about that....
And if I'm carrying Niccolas or anything heavier than him .... I have to be EXTREMELY CAREFUL.... To not damage my back even more...
