Rosé got up early that day.

Lisa had left for work and left her breakfast ready. Today was her day to prepare it. The good part about living with her best friend was that the two of them were able to share everything perfectly. Bills, household chores. It was almost like a marriage, only without the sex and the hard part. Later, when she finished eating, she quickly hurried to go to work. She saw Jisoo get out of the car and swallowed hard, pressing her lips together. Rosé couldn't explain why she behaved like this every time she saw her boss. Obviously the fact that Kim Jisoo was one of the most beautiful women she had ever met must be a determining factor for this. But at that moment the memory of the previous night was also contributing a lot to her behavior. She felt like dying when she thought about it. Jisoo had leaned over just to help her with her seatbelt, and the idiot thought she was going to get a kiss. Obviously Jisoo noticed, it was no wonder she smiled like that.

Rosé was only concerned about what she might think of her after that embarrassment.

— Good morning Chaeyoung — the sweet voice took Park out of her chaotic thoughts. Jisoo was next to her waiting for the elevator. Today she was wearing a skirt and a blazer, which made her even sexier.

— G—Good morning Jisoo — Chaeyoung greeted her with her usual clumsy manner. Jisoo suppressed a smile. They entered the elevator and pressed their floor, as soon as they got off Jennie waited with her arms crossed, leaning against the hallway.

She was also wearing formal clothes. But her hair was tied up in a loose bun, and she wore glasses that made her more attractive than usual. This was another one that also made Park extremely nervous. Jennie was intimidating, and just one look could make a person lose their balance. There was something in the water in that country, it was impossible.

Blessed be the Kim dynasty.

— Hi Jen — Jisoo greeted the youngest Kim who only raised her hand, and turned to Chaeyoung with a nod.

— Park, can we talk? — Jennie asked, approaching Chaeyoung. Jisoo narrowed her eyes suspiciously.

— You're not going to torture her, are you? The girl is traumatized by you — Jisoo joked. Jennie turned to look at the blonde, wanting to understand why she was joking. And Park didn't know where to hide her face. She didn't want her to think she was complaining or something.

— I just need to sort out a few things with her about the upcoming meetings with the Bank of China — Jennie explained. Jisoo took one last look at the girls with a smile still plastered on her beautiful heart-shaped lips.

— See you later then — she said, leaving and entering her office. Now alone with Jennie, Rosé was even more nervous. The youngest Kim approached, looking her up and down.

— Come with me Park — the youngest ordered in a slightly deeper voice.

Rosé followed her down the long hallway until she stopped in front of a door. Jennie took a key out of her purse and opened it. As soon as she entered, she took off her blazer and hung it on the chair. Rosé allowed her eyes to wander around the room, noticing some photos on the table. They were photos of Jennie with Jisoo when they were younger. At school, at college, at various times in their lives. There were also photos of Jennie with other people. Park soon realized that this was her office. He didn't remember going there before.

— Jisoo's birthday is in two days — Jennie expressed, drawing Rosé's attention to her. She had let down her shoulder-length hair.

Just look at this.

— Let's have a party, shall we? — Rosé asked, remembering the conversation at the restaurant.

— Yes, but she can't know, remember it's a surprise. Unnie is very stressed about the wedding, a surprise party will help her relax. I won't be able to prepare everything by myself, and I'll need your help.
