🙉🙈🙊 So, as a random little note here, if you don't know who one of the characters is, you can just look them up. All I did was take characters off of the character page on Wiki(?). I didn't even know who a lot of them were, but I needed some background characters/ones I didn't know much about nor care much for. For instance, the first kill in this wasn't going to be someone I loved, i.e., Laura, Clawd, Lagoona, Clawdeen... so on and so forth. Anyway, enjoy :)🙉🙈🙊

"I don't know how many of you are in the mood to eat, but breakfast is ready," the short lunch lady - Harper - said. Several kids stood and walked over to the lunch line, ready for food. But I stayed with Heath. Draculaura and Clawd remained on the floor, huddled together in the corner of the room. Both were awake, both staring at one of the far walls in the cafeteria. They were lost. They had discovered the first body.
"Are you hungry, hot stuff?" Heath asked.
I shook my head. "No. You?" I asked.
He shrugged. "Part of me is. The other part can't get Bloogood out of my mind," he said quietly.
I nodded. "This is serious as you've ever been," I said.
He chuckled lightly. "Yeah, hot stuff... I know." He sighed. "I think they all think I did it," he whispered.
"No one think you did anything. You try to save her," I said.
"I think Venus thinks I did it," Heath said. "When Bloodgood was killed... she called for me. She wanted to know where I was. And she wasn't doing it to make sure I was okay, either. She wanted to know if I had left the room," he said.
"You're wrong." I patted his cheek roughly before I stood up. "Get up. We get food now."

The fifth kill happened at around noon. Finnegan Wake. Clawd and Romulus had taken him down to the boiler room afterwards, keeping the body out of sight. Clawdeen had cleaned up his blood. We were no closer to finding the killer, not that we were trying that hard. I kept any thoughts that I had to myself. I couldn't risk anyone finding out that I was trying to figure out the killer. If the killer knew, I'd end up like Bloodgood.
None of us wanted to end up like her.
"Laura and I are going into the commons," Clawd said as he stood up, bringing Draculaura with him. "Her phone has a signal, but it's almost dead. We're getting her charger."
"Who's going with?" Venus asked.
"No one. I'm not the killer, and Laura isn't the killer. I don't mean to say that I don't trust you guys, but I don't. We're going alone."

"Daddy," I breathed.
"Princess," he whispered. "I called you so many times last night and this morning."
"I know, Daddy. I'm so sorry." Tears welled in my eyes as I forced them shut. Clawd pulled me onto his lap and held me against his chest, his arms tight around my waist. "We're trapped in the school."
"The firefighters can get you out, yes?" he asked.
"No, Daddy. There's a... there's a killer on the loose," I whispered. "We have no idea who it is. And if we try to find out..."
"You'll be killed," he finished.
"Yeah," I said breathlessly.
"I'm going to do all that I can, Princess. I'll get you out of there, alive and well," he said.
"Will you?" I asked.
"Yes."
"P-promise?" I asked.
"Promise. I won't let you get hurt in that blasted school, Princess. I'll get you out," he said.
"Daddy?"
"Hmm?"
"If I don't make it out, I want you to know I love you," I said.
"Princess, I love you, too. More than you love me. But that doesn't change anything. No matter what, I'm getting you out. You can tell me that you love me when you're back with me, outside of that school," he said. I sniffled. "Understood?"
"Understood," I whispered.
"Police, firefighters... I'll get everyone involved, Princess. I'm getting you out."

"What happened to your father getting us out of this hellhole?" Viperine asked.
"He's working on it. It's only been an hour," I said.
"Another hour and someone else could be dead!" Purrsephone exclaimed.
"He's working on it," I repeated. I leaned back against Clawd's chest and closed my eyes. "He's going to get us out of here."
"Most of us, anyway," Clawd muttered. I nodded because I knew he was right.

The lights went out again at around five o' clock. The lights from the police cars outside lit the commons and a few of the other halls, but not the cafeteria. We were in the dark for almost five minutes before they flicked back on.
Sirena Van Boo and Viperine Gorgon - bodies six and seven. Rom and Clawd took Sirena away, but not Viperine. Deuce wouldn't let them. They were cousins. He needed time to mourn.
Deuce's time to mourn: three hours.
Rom and Clawd took Viperine's body away at eight o' clock. Deuce wedged himself into a corner of the cafeteria, completely alone. He didn't want to be near anyone, and he didn't want anyone else near him. He wanted to be alone, and I definitely didn't blame him.
We had only been in the school for two days, and seven of us were already dead.
Seven down, sixty-three to go.

Later that night, at around eleven thirty, the killer murdered Mr. Ogrethor - the custodian. It was done for no reason, but I guess all of them were done for no reason. There wasn't a reason to murder, especially the murder of teachers and high school students. There wasn't a point.
No matter what, it left the killer with sixty-two more monsters to kill.
