Hello guys so I wanted to update y'all how I'm doing. And let me say Its only been like a week or so of my workouts and I feel like its a huge change. Its probably in my head but I don't mind because its making me feel great and motivated.
So I've been running on my treadmill for anywhere around 15-30 minutes every day (depending how I feel that morning) and I've been kinda slacking on my ab workouts but oh my gosh I've been doing so good on my eating habits which I though was going to be my hardest struggle.
I've been eating a lot less and like when I'm bored and I'm just like ughh those hot chettos look so good I've resisted.
I've drank nothing but water I've been like a little over a month without soda. Occasionally I'll drank sweet tea but that's really it.So when I run and I think this is making a huge difference, I'm wearing like suran wrap or plastic wrap whatever you want to call it while I run. I wrap it around my stomach a few times and I make it kinda tight. It makes you sweat more and it tightens your stomach. I'm a broke Mexican lol and I ain't got time for going and getting a waist trainer so this is kind of like that.
But anyways I noticed today whw is as getting dress my pants went on a lot easier and I kinda just took a look and oh my gosh I'm just so excited so I haven't weighed myself yet I'll prow that tomorrow. I'm super nervous but I feel so proud.
