"Where are you going?" Taehyung asks with sobs.

Jungkook replies, "I'm going to sleep in the guest room. There's peace there."

Taehyung's voice cracks as he speaks, his words laced with pain and realization. "So, you're saying our room, our home, isn't peaceful because of me? You're really giving up on us, aren't you?"

Jungkook's silence is deafening, and Taehyung's eyes sting with tears as he watches him disappear into the guest room.

Taehyung calls out, his voice barely above a whisper, "Jungkook!" The door creaks open, revealing Jungkook's exhausted face.

"Can we really fix this?" Taehyung's voice trembles, his desperation palpable.

Jungkook's expression softens, but his words remain resolute. "I need time, Taehyung. Space. And honesty. Can you give me that?"

Taehyung nods, his eyes pleading. "I'll give you anything, Jungkook. Just don't leave me." The door closes again, leaving Taehyung with only shadows and regrets.

---

The darkness envelops them, a heavy silence filling the space between their rooms. Taehyung lies awake, his thoughts consumed by Jungkook's absence. He longs to reach out, to bridge the gap between them, but his pride and fear hold him back.

In the guest room, Jungkook tosses and turns, his mind racing with memories of their arguments and the hurtful words exchanged. He yearns for Taehyung's warmth, for the comfort of his embrace, but his heart remains guarded.

As the hours tick by, the tension between them grows thicker, a palpable force that seems to pulse with their unspoken emotions.

Taehyung's gaze drifts toward the door, his hand instinctively reaching for the handle before hesitating. He doesn't want to intrude, doesn't want to assume Jungkook would welcome him.

Meanwhile, Jungkook's ears strain to catch any sound from Taehyung's room, hoping for a sign, a whisper, anything that might indicate his desire to reconcile.

The silence stretches out, a fragile, unspoken understanding hanging between them: both want to reconnect, but neither dares take the first step.

The night wears on, an endless expanse of longing and regret, each moment weighing heavier than the last.

AFTER SOMETIMES.

Taehyung talks to himself, "Come on, Taehyung, it's your fault. You need to fix this. There's no way I'm letting Jimin win this battle."

With newfound determination, Taehyung stands up and walks to the guest room. He takes a deep breath, steeling himself for the conversation ahead.

He gently knocks on the door and slips inside. Jungkook lies on the bed, his eyes closed, but Taehyung knows he isn't sleeping.

"Jungkook," Taehyung whispers, his voice barely audible.

Jungkook's eyes flicker open, their gazes meeting in the dim light.

Taehyung approaches the bed, his steps cautious. "I know I messed up. I was blind to my own fears, and I hurt you."

Jungkook's expression remains guarded.

Taehyung continues, his words pouring out in a rush. "But I realize now, it's not just about me or you – it's about us. And I won't let my insecurities or Jimin's opinions tear us apart."

Jungkook's eyes narrow slightly.

Taehyung sits beside him on the bed. "I promise to work on my trust issues, to communicate openly and honestly. I want to rebuild our relationship, stronger than before."
