In the morning, Taehyung wakes up still angry with Jungkook. He turns away, avoiding eye contact.

Jungkook senses the tension. "Good morning, Tae," he says softly.

Taehyung remains silent, his back to Jungkook.

Jungkook's hand reaches out, hesitating before gently touching Taehyung's shoulder. "Tae, please talk to me."

Taehyung shrugs off Jungkook's hand. "Nothing to talk about."

The air is thick with unspoken emotions. Jungkook knows Taehyung is still hurt.

"I'll make breakfast," Jungkook says, trying to break the silence.

Taehyung doesn't respond.

Jungkook retreats to the kitchen, leaving Taehyung alone.

AFTER SOMETIMES.

Jungkook orders ice cream and returns to Taehyung, holding a sweet peace offering.

Taehyung's expression transforms from sulky to surprised.

He jumps out of bed, eyes widening.

"Oh, my favorite!" Taehyung exclaims, snatching the ice cream from Jungkook.

Jungkook smiles, relieved. I know you can't stay mad at me," he teases, handing Taehyung a spoon.

Taehyung digs in, the cold sweetness soothing his frustration. "Mint chocolate chip, you know the way to my heart, he says, eyes sparkling.

Jungkook chuckles, sitting beside Taehyung.
"I do, and I'm sorry about last night," Jungkook says, gentle.

Taehyung's gaze softens. I know, Kookie. It's just...hormones," Taehyung admits.

Jungkook wraps an arm around Taehyung. I love your pregnant hormones and all he whispers.

"Get ready, we're going to the hospital," Jungkook announces, helping Taehyung finish his ice cream.

Taehyung's eyes widen. "Already? I think the appointment is tomorrow."

"Doctor's office calls. They want to check on you and the baby," Jungkook explains.

Taehyung scrambles out of bed. "Give me 10 minutes."

Jungkook smiles. "Take your time. I'll get the car ready."

Taehyung rushes through his morning routine.

As they head out, Jungkook hands Taehyung a water bottle. "Drink this. Doctor says staying hydrated is key."

Taehyung rolls his eyes good-naturedly. "You're going to be one of those overprotective dads, aren't you?"

Jungkook grins. "Guilty as charged."

The drive to the hospital is filled with anticipation.

They arrive at the hospital, Jungkook leading Taehyung to the obstetrics department.

In the examination room, Dr. Jin greets them warmly. "Good morning, Taehyung! Let's check on that baby."

Taehyung settles onto the examination table.

Dr jin begins the ultrasound, the machine beeping as images appear on the screen.

"Everything looks great," Dr jin announces. "Baby's growing perfectly."

Jungkook's eyes shine with excitement.

Taehyung smiles, relief washing over him.

"Can we see the baby's face?" Jungkook asks.
