*Ding dong, bing bong*
"Good morning, everyone! It is now 7 a.m. and nighttime is officially over! Time to rise and shine! Get ready to greet another beee-yutiful day!"
The little girl watched as the monitor turned off, letting out a yawn as she leaned forward against her wooden desk, her light brown hair spread out everywhere.
Sumire did not get sleep at all for she had been staying up the entire night just playing games on her laptop.
She did attempt to get some sleep but the continuously tossing and turning didn't help at all as her mind was forcing her to remember the tragic events that just happened earlier. Deciding there was no point to getting sleep, she used her laptop to distract herself from everything.
Even then, it didn't make it any better.
The lingering guilt was still within her, and it stayed with her overnight which caused her to get constant headaches last night.
All she could think about was how she could've prevented everything that happened. Sumire had been convincing herself that it was all her fault. She thought that she needed to take responsibility for not being able to stop anything from happening.
If she could've just done something, none of this wouldn't have happened.
But she also started to think why she was even in this situation. How could somebody even do this? Was this person keeping them in that cruel to do this to a bunch of highschoolers and an elementary girl? And making them kill for their own motives?
All she ever wanted was to attend Hope's Peak, make friends, improve the potential talent she had with a computer, and be with her family. But she gets stuck in a killing game.
Sumire then remembered she had to meet up with the others at the dining hall. Personally, she didn't really want to go because everyone will see her as a mess. But she knew that it might make them worry for her, and she didn't want to add more to their concern as it is, not when they lost another two people.
Closing her laptop, she grabbed her purple jacket and went over to her door to leave.

Meanwhile, everyone in the dining hall were already there. Everyone can feel the unease atmosphere that tagged along from the second-class trial. Most of them felt upset and awkward about it still.
"Today's count kinda sucks, huh? Toko and Byakuya still refuse to show up..." Yasuhiro said, looking around the dining hall.
Hifumi then commented. "And I haven't seen Miss Asahina anywhere."
"She said her stomach was hurting, so she's taking it easy in her room for today." Sakura chimed in.
Celeste hummed, confused. "That is rather unusual for her. Normally she is so full of energy."
