You naïve, sweet angel.

He was so much more than you thought. So, so much more. The TV reports only showed you that small part of his personality. His face, his hair, the way he spoke. Everything about it shown so perfectly on the screen in front of you.

You were only so alike to the blue haired man across the street. Shared values and the same wants for the world. But the only thing he knew you shared with him, was eye contact through your window. The look you gave him when he left his place every morning. Thinking about a far away fantasy.

A far away fantasy of being that pretty face by his side. Helping him with whatever he wanted to do, by just standing there admiring him. But he never returned your stares. Not even one glance up around your apartment. You presumed it was his confidence. The way he walked away, never looking anywhere but in front of him, oh how you could've looked so innocent and sweet walking next to him. Clinging by his side, and...oh.

Oh, he was looking at you. A raised eyebrow with almost a look asking you to go over there. Heart beat rapidly increasing as you almost slipped away from the window. Appearing out the front door a few minutes later. Kai crossed the road as you closed the door behind you. "Good morning." He started as you looked slightly bewildered at the man, realising the tiny crush you had on him.

An eyebrow raised as you stared at him. The silence was starting to get awkward. "Oh, good morning. Sorry about that." A small and quick laugh escaped him as he heard your untimely response.

Your mornings changed suddenly. Walking towards the same coffee shop until he changed his route in a random direction. But you'd occasionally serve him a small coffee when he came into your workplace. Almost to just look at you. Just to, observe your work. That smile you gave to the walking out customers. Why was that smile the exact same as the one you gave to Kai in the morning? Did you stop caring for him? Or were you another common whore on the streets, waltzing around like it was no one's business? Such thoughts ran through him as he sat in that usual corner of his, staring you down. It sent subconscious chills down your spine, but you feared if you looked over, it would all come crashing down.

Kai asked your co-workers. He asked the other regulars in the coffee shop. He asked your neighbours. Anything and everything he could find out about you, he would. Still keeping his attention on you to be little hellos in the streets in the mornings. Barely conversation from you, but it made you feel important. Like the most important person in his life despite barely speaking to him. Your delusion only fed his desire to shell you. To create a perfect person that could be by his side for his campaigns.

The time that passed made desires for eachother grow. You watched him continue upping his work. You were gonna do it. You were gonna ask him on a date. Just what Kai wanted. Seeing you in the morning on that one day. That pretty little outfit of yours. What a wonderful outfit to wear around the house for him. "Are you free on Friday evening?" Oh, that certainly wasn't what you were expecting from him. But a smile immediately laid itself on your face. Just what you had dreamed of.

"I'm free! What time?" Your conversation with him that morning was what he had planned. Such a gentleman, a sweet man. Planning all the details of a beautiful evening. What a dream. The best dream. Weren't you just perfect?

Beauty. Poise. Wonder.

You were just those three things wrapped up neatly in a human bow. The three things Kai desperately wanted you to keep despite his ignoring. Despite his annoyance at your existence. Doing his every ask, no matter how bad. No matter how painful.

Beauty. Poise.

That sweet wonder of yours. Stripped away. A loss of innocence to the man's true desires. The two things Kai desperately wanted you to keep despite his yells. Despite his rules and punishment. Keeping yourself at your side, no longer naïve to his real wants.

Beauty.

When you weren't seen in public with him, you were just a pretty face. You had nothing left. Only letting the people in town see a natural beauty. Those delusions? Reduced to a hateful reality. The reality you had to face.

Left to waste away. There was nothing left to strip you of. But lord, you still loved him. You still adored that blue haired man who climbed up steps of poison to get his real desire. Dazed, empty eyes just staring up at him and his, raggedness. His loveless kisses. His loveless touches. His quiet, reserved moans as you let him fuck his anger away. Harshly pushing it into you, for a reaction. Anything. Anything, please. He needed a reaction from you. Even a little smile would do. Even a touch back would bring the pathetic man to ecstasy. Such a sweet angel. Those darling smiles of yours through your window in the morning. A cute little good morning as you met for your morning walk. Talks of his next campaign. There was nothing left. Someone else in front of him. A whole new person on their knees, staring up at him.

"TALK TO ME!"

...Had he gone too far with you?
