"The advisor may be blind, but the prince's bond with the MoonShadow Elf will prove problematic. I want eyes on the prince and his fiancée at all times. Monitor their movements, their conversations." The hooded figure said, their voice low and menacing.

"Yes lord Lyrius" the guard responded with a tremble as the hooded figure pulled their mask down revealing a Skywing Elf, stands tall with an athletic build. His piercing bright orange eyes gleam with intensity. Two horns protrude from the sides of his head, but one is brutally severed, leaving a jagged stump. ~persent Time back at the castle~

Rayla's dreams became more frequent almost every night, which made her sleep less often tired to the point she almost fell asleep when ever she sat down. Each dream she learned a little more about the hooded figure in her dreams.

Callum had noticed Rayla's sleep deprived state and she had begun pushing him away often wanting to be left alone.

As for the kingdom a rumor was spread about Rayla that her loyal to prince Callum is all just a lie and now king Ezran and Callum are trying to fix it. Now Rayla has to sit there everyday and do nothing, as callum is to afraid to allow her outside with the rumors spreading

~In the living room of the castle~

Callum sat beside Rayla on the couch, watching her stare out the window. She'd been distant lately, lost in thought.

"Hey, what's on your mind?" Callum asked, gently brushing a strand of hair behind her ear.

Rayla's gaze snapped back to his, her eyes clouded. "Just thinking about my parents," she said, her voice barely above a whisper.

Callum's expression softened. "What about them?"

Rayla's eyes drifted away again. "I just feel like I don't know enough about them. Like there's something more to their story."

Callum's brow furrowed. This wasn't the first time Rayla had mentioned her parents lately. He sensed something was bothering her, but she wouldn't open up.

"Rayla, is everything okay? You've been having these... episodes, I guess. You seem lost in thought, and I find you sleeping in strange places. What's going on?"

Rayla's gaze returned to his, a hint of defensiveness in her voice. "I'm fine, Callum. Just stressed with wedding planning, that's all."

Callum's eyes narrowed. He knew Rayla well enough to recognize when she was hiding something.

"Rayla, I'm here for you. If something's bothering you, please tell me."

Rayla's expression softened, and she leaned into him. "I appreciate that, Callum. I just... need some time to figure things out, okay?"
